My tip would be that the trailer looks great in my orchard. Everyone I’ve seen seems to push it with Pam’s style, but I think it looks better as work trailer on a separate part of the farm from the house or a camper somewhere like the stump areas on the forest farm.
If you’re like me and finished the community centre before buying the joja catalogue just know the travelling merchant will eventually have it for sale :)

Talking about the Medowland's Farm, what to do with all that untillable space? Bee Houses are a good mid-game money maker. The only real hassle with the Bee House is the value of the honey fluxuates with the flower used to boost the value of the honey. Not only does the value fluctuate per season, but you also have to plant each season and wait for the flower to bloom before you harvest. Annoying. Late game, and I mean LATE game, you can make more money with Heavy Tappers, Mushroom Logs and Mystic Trees. Mystic Trees produce mystic syrup every 9 days...or 4 with a heavy tapper. Each mystic syrup sells for 1000g, which makes it more profitable than the best honey and no need to mess around with flowers. Mushroom logs can be fit between the trees and have an over 50% chance of producing purple mushrooms that sell for 250g each. With the proper setup you'll get 5 mushrooms every harvest, that also happens every 4 days, or less if you have rain. 5 mushrooms per log also means you can use a dehydrator to boost the profit 50% for each batch of mushrooms. The entire setup can also be done with other trees and normal tappers, but the results aren't as impressive. The overall best is Pine Trees, or Maple depending on if you want to focus on mushroom values or tapper values. Normal tappers take between 7-9 days to produce instead of 3-4 days so the heavy tappers make a huge impact. The syrup produced by normally available trees is 200g for Maple, 100g for Pine, and 150 for Oak. If you want to max mushroom value then Pine is best at 190, with Maple being the worst... most of the time. There is a random chance for any tree to produce purple mushrooms. Usually around 2%, but Maple boosts that to 7-8%, and Mystic to 52%-ish. Maple mostly produces red mushrooms at 75g each. If you want to set up for profit, I think Oak actually comes out the best. Its favored mushroom sells for 10g less than Pine, and the Oak Resin sells for 50g more. Or you can just go by looks, the end numbers aren't going to be drastically different.
I got this game about a year ago and abandoned the farm I started (Riverlands farm on my first playthrough?! Tragic!) I started a new farm on the standard farm, so more space to decorate! I’ve never been great at decorating on any type of game lol but I really want to try on my new save. You can also put torches on fences in minecraft before it was put in stardew
