@@abhilashkumar23 wandavision was a homerun for marvel. the only thing people are upset about is the fact that all their theories didn't come true, from Evan Peters to Mephisto to dr. strange. but marvel told an amazing version of Wanda's story. this show was solely to explain Wanda's story and her being the first MCU Nexus being. Bravo, Marvel.

@@abhilashkumar23 ill admit I was slightly let down when I first watched the finale but that was because of my own theories and expectations. after rewatching the series I gain a new appreciation for the story being told. with wandavision, marvel has proven they can adapt our favorite comics and cartoons as a child into live-action gold, with amazing villain casting.
Agatha is a type of villain who has the potential to be as loved as Loki 🤞🏽

i don't live in the US and started watching American TV shows only about 10 years ago when my English started improving lol. And even then of course I couldn't watch everything but only a few selected shows or movies, so I often don't know actors for their most well-known role but just the one I happened to see. I saw Kathryn in Parks and Recreation as Jen Barkley years ago, and she played easily my favorite side character. I'm sure she had better roles which showcased her talent even more, but judging just by that one role I could already tell what a great actress she is. I'm glad she's getting the appreciation she deserves!

It;s good but not getting top billing on a $billion franchise film - as Elizabeth Olson got for 1/10th the work by the time she got her part on Avengers Age of Ultron.
It seems like most of the time it really matters far more who your family is, or who you know in Hollywood.
Just look at Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
If Tom had not been on BBC Wallander with Kenneth Brannaugh he probably would not have been given the role of Loki on Thor, which was directed by Brannaugh.

"If I do, I know where to find you". I think that after Wanda makes some more mistakes (Darkhold) she will turn to Agatha for some help, releasing her from the character prison. Some want her to fully become the good guy like she is in the comics, but I'd prefer she at least remains somewhat bad, though maybe somewhat better, though an ally. Perhaps doing some minor betrayal to get away. Much like Loki. Still a villain but one who is willing to help in some situations.

@@djuno9420 Wanda murders Agatha during one of Wanda's many obnoxious "my mind has snapped so I'll be a villain now!" storylines. During the 2015-2017 run of Scarlet Witch, Agatha's ghost "haunts" Wanda as a friendly but tough love sort of therapist, sort of like how she forced Wanda to confront her pain in the flashback episode of the show.
Agatha All Along is a bop and I hope that she doesn’t die at the end of the series so that she can stick around in the MCU. It would be cool if she showed up in Doctor Strange 2.

As the last of "the Boomer" generation, if WE don't put out "the Munsters", back in OUR day, both of the Lopezes (who are either millennials or maybe Gen X) would not have been inspired to write Agatha All Along, since that's the inspiration, even down to the dripping candle wax word text at the beginning of the song.
Don't get me wrong; both husband and wife are INSANELY creative. Let it Go and Into the Unknown (from Frozen and Frozen 2) are some of my favorites, with only The Next Right Thing and Show Yourself actually even better (Frozen 2), so they clearly have skill. But, although they could have created the concept, due to their talent, they clearly were inspired by that TV show, and they've said so in interviews.

"Agatha All Along" is catchy for a very good reason - it was written by the same folks who wrote Disney's "Let It Go" from Frozen. So now you know.
It was sampled by them - it’s not an original song. They’re a great writing team, but as catchy and awesome as her theme song is, it wasn’t a song I haven’t heard before.
Not only did they write "Let It Go" they wrote the whole soundtrack. They also wrote the songs in the second movie, and "Coco". So they are geniuses.

One of my new favorite actresses. Kathryn has so much range in her acting. She goes from bubbly to serious, then evil in one scene…and makes it all believable.

She was sort of the Scarlet Witch before, but it was also kind of an origin for her? I think she's going to be the new Iron Man or Captain America for the MCU (like, the core character) as she's super central in loooads of comics. (It also explains why she never had a hero costume before now, she just wore clothes)

Agatha’s died before in the comics, but then she hung around as a ghost for years after, and then eventually came back to life. If they kill her off in the show, that’s absolutely no reason to stop using her.

I can totally relate to Kathryn speaking about wishing there were more reverence when it comes to something as historic as the salem witch hangings and such. I live about ten minutes away from where the chocolate chip cookie was invented. Growing up there used to be a Toll House sign and structure. Now it's a Wendy's.
I know her from Parks & recreation. She had such good sas to go around in that show. To see her enter MCU with the similar sitcom attitude was a treat to all of us.

If you (understandably) just fell in love with Kathryn Hahn for her work on WandaVision and need more, go find a sadly short-lived comedy series called Happyish where she stars alongside Steve Coogan, Ellen Barkin and Bradley Whitford. She is equally amazing there and the show was so funny and clever that to this day I do not understand why it didn't find a big enough audience to keep going.

To be fair, the most horrible thing she has done was killing Sparky. And most of what she has done was just to slowly make Wanda and Vision face reality. Maybe Agatha doesnt care about the people of Westview but somehow she is indirectly contributing to them being freed from Wanda's control.

I didn't think I could love Kathryn Hahn more but I keep underestimating how amazing she is. That snort laugh alone. Her family seems great too. My only wish is that Marvel don't kill off her character in the last episode the way they have done to almost every villain. We need more Agatha in our lives!

Agatha has always been a pretty scene-stealing understated sassy badass in the comics. She took out three supervillains in under 5 minutes in her first appearance.
What she did is the Disney MCU version of AH, not the comics version. The versions intersect in a few ways (e.g., Salem Witch trial) but they are different characters.
You must have never read the comics version because she's done a lot more than what's shown in Wandavision. The most interesting thing about where this could go is in the comic Agatha Harkness is the baby sitter of Franklin Richard's the son of Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman!
