I think Tina and Ann Thomas were both pregnant by Ike here. I've heard Tina was understandably upset about Ann also being pregnant and had an abortion. Ike married Ann after his divorce from Tina.
Yes. Tina explicity talks about this in her first autobiography. She even jokes how Ike had a group of women around him named Ann. Ike was an entire mess of a human being.

@@kisha4040 To my knowledge, Tina never publicly addressed having an abortion, but in her first book Ann Cain said Tina terminated her pregnancy when she and Ann Thomas found out they were both pregnant in London. Ann Cain was the housekeeper and Ike's mistress. She was married to Otis Williams of the Temptations.
@@tonicarter1322How would Ann Cain know? I know Tina said she tried to commit suicide after finding out Ike got another woman pregnant while she was also pregnant. The baby may have died when she swallowed the sleeping pills.
