  • Ok "fabricating" is a bit of a stretch, but we had a crashed car, and this is a good solution to fix it! One day it'll look like a pro drift car with some awesome tube work in the rear, but after I learn a lot more!
Thanks to everyone who's reached out and given me some pointers on what to do, V2 coming soon and it'll be a lot better!
Thanks for watching, don't forget to like and subscribe for more!

breaks my heart to see damage like that. Car has a really nice livery. new sub here. Also on that rear end you might want to think about a bolt in style tube rear end. so when you smack it ,will be an unbolt and bolt back on affair. Make 2 so you have a spare right out of the gate.

That’s the plan for V2! I’ll have a bolt in “main hoop” crash structure so it can be replaceable because for sure it’ll be crashed again 😂

Tube bending is not easy even when you think you know how to use it. Good luck!

Looks nice but if there was a chance that you would took that car to fd most probably it wouldn’t pass tech due to the cut you made on the right side of the frame rail end

You think so? I’ll have to brush up on the rule book

@@tonycrispin yes just because you can’t modify nothing “structural” in between the suspensions points from what I can understand, so in your case what you could do is put that little part back together and speake with fd and clarify that

@@white_eazy_6958 yea it was just the sheet metal on the top, and it’s been repaired with the same thickness sheet metal back over it, I think it would be ok but probably a good idea to talk to someone when I get to that point. Good idea!

@@tonycrispin you welcome but better be safe than sorry so you would be better off to clarify that with an oficial from fd like Kevin bcs from what I know he does clarify those type of stuff
