- The past meets the present in the second installment of the Traxxas Video Tour. What looks like a set for an old Western movie becomes a playground for the imagination.
Dust flies as the four LaTrax models find adventure in an old mission. From the dirt to the sky, fun has no limits.
Rally kicks it off with a bang, racing from concrete and brick paths to the dirt. Teton balances crawling and speed along narrow walls. Alias takes off for a bird’s eye view. And it all comes to a close as the SST has a mini-desert race.

I’ve bought 3 latrax vehicles. SST, rally, and alias. The only good one is the rally. SST has gone through and esc, a motor, and 3 diff housings which are hard to replace. The alias worked for 3 using and then had a bad motor. The rally is a car that doesn’t break only because it’s on road and only runs on pavement so you really can’t hit anything. The one downside is you can’t go on grass or dirt. If you want one just save up for a traxxas bandit brushed 2wd. Also for the bandit you need to save for a battery but it is much faster, much more durable, much more obstacles it can get over, much more jumps with it, and much more fun. If you have a young kid who hasn’t had any experience with cheaper cars then I would recommend the rally. The SST eats diff housings for breakfast lunch and dinner. I haven’t had much experience with the alias but it is a beginner drone and shouldn’t break so easy. The only one I don’t know how it is is the Teton. But I guarantee it is the same as the SST because they are both off-road. Don’t waste your money on latrax and look into traxxas.
