    Thank you Alex. Your videos are informative , illuminating and helpful in the cultivation and practice of qigong , martial arts and TCM. They are simple ( but not simplistic) direct and short.

    Love your channel, Alex. I have studied some Chinese Medicine and everything you explain so concisely and clearly. By the way, I used to believe I could only feel Qi by rubbing my hands together first, but no, I felt it just like you showed! Thank you.

    Nice work. It is amazing we still need to explain in 2023, but it is important to help anyone interested to understand human energy, or bioelectricity.

    Hello Alex. I've seen some Chi Masters who can burn papers with their hands. What kind of meditations and Qi Gong exercises are they doing to gather so much Qi to be able to do that?

    • @DrAlexHui
      @DrAlexHui  4 года назад +1

      Hello. Sorry I personally have not practiced those types of Qi Gong, so my knowledge is limited in that sense. I only practice Qi Gong mainly for Self-Defense and Health.

    Alex thank you your video to explain what is Chi. 🙂 I like to know what is it when I do Chi Kung I always feel pinprick in my middle fingers. Sometimes its really tingling. Is it Chi? 🙂

    • @DrAlexHui
      @DrAlexHui  3 года назад +2

      Hi Daniel, if that tingling sensation is not too strong and bothers you, it is fine. It is normal to feel that since by doing QiGong the Qi is being circulated.

    Love this! And definitely would appreciate if you can do a series on Qi Gong. I’m currently doing a series of Tai Chi. Wondering what’s the difference between the two :)
    Thanks Alex!

      Thanks! In fact, the next 6 videos I will be talking about Medical Qigong!
      Regarding your question, Tai Chi is an art that has both QiGong and Martial Arts Component.
