That was bittersweet. John and Doyle killing it and EC taking a backseat... it’s has to be tough for EC having the neuropathy issues and not being able to jump in and rip that guitar apart the way he once could. I think John and Doyle were holding back a bit out of respect too. Great players!

they 100% were. Doyle kept the main riff going beautifully not too much certainly not too little and what people dont get about John is the level of respect he has for other musicians. i never get the feeling hes ever stepping on toes and i think clapton, weir, and others take very kindly to that
