@@CodyVinson I’ve used it as a wicking layer in cold weather a lot, mainly because I like the neck gaiter mask it has, but it is not meant to be a cold weather base layer. It is a thin early season hoodie that is really good at wicking your sweat away. But, if I’m looking for a cold weather base layer, it wouldn’t be my first choice. I like to use it the way I do because of the long distances I hike to my stand locations and want something to get the sweat off me when I’m wearing True Timber camo and the neck gaiter can help take the chill off in mildly cold weather. So it really depends on what you want to accomplish with it. I hope that helps.
I also would strongly encourage you to try the Original Brrr clothing. It really does keep you very cool. When I first wore it I actually had to put another hoody on over the top of it to stay warm. 😂
I was looking at the Origin stuff a few weeks ago. I do plan on testing it eventually. The Brr technology built into their hoodie is the same as what is in Forloh’s Insect Shield Solair hoodie that I talk about in the video. I never felt like I needed to wear anything to keep me warm with it, but now you really have made me want to try it out to see and compare the two lol. Thanks!
Would you use the gray cliff in layering for cold weather

@theeverydaybowhunter yeah I walk half mile to my stand, it's hard to find somthing to keep you warm without restricting your movement.
@@CodyVinson Have you considered something like a mid to heavyweight merino hoodie?

What?!!! No Huntworth?
They don’t have an early season hoodie lol. They have 2 great mid season hoodies, but no early season ones. 🤷♂️
