You should react to Conker's Bad Fur Day, it has a lot of death scenes, but most of them don't show wounds and it's very cartoon-like, but gore is common in them.
To tell the difference between a Crocodile, and an Alligator, is their snout, Crocodiles are more Narrow and elongated. While Alligators are more rounder, and not as narrow, or long.
We once knew an investigator that specialized in mushrooms and fungi kingdom in general, and he once told us some wise words: "every mushroom you see is edible... but some you can only eat once"
I also wouldn't bank on cooking them. Most of them rely on just having compounds in them that are toxic to humans, like alkaline. Cooking isn't going to get that out. You're not trying to kill parasites.
I know a difference between most animals. For jaguars, they have rosette blocky spots with internal spots, leopards have solid spots as well as rosette spots and cheetahs have solid spots and are more lean and lanky. For alligators, they’re bluish-gray in color and their snouts are rounded in a U shape and crocodiles are olive green and their snouts are more pointed and in a V shape.
I have an easier way to difference similar looking animals: where are they found. This game takes place in the amazon rainforest so we can definitely say they're jaguars and alligators.
This is very education, and enjoyable to watch. I love how the Doctor explains the differences, between safety, and danger. stating facts of what is true, and false. quite the astonishing content.🙂👍
I want to see more of this. There's poison dart frogs, Brazilian Wandering Spiders, etc. When I first played this survival game I died at least 3 times within the first 48 hours due to envenomation, poisoning, infection, parasites lmao.
I died because I didn’t know how to close a big cat wound, tried bandage but it got infected so then I got low on sanity too, then I died. But that was the only time…. After I beat it I sped ran it on green hell difficulty and beat it in like 3-4or4-5 in game days. Stocked up on root and berries
the game has a steep learning curve, but once you know the basics, the game isn't too hard. Finding the key locations to get things like traps helps a lot. Starting a farm for fruit helps.. and if you set up near the coke facility you can get boars pretty easy with the trap.. beyond that use soups instead of plain cooked meat and you can nearly double your rations. Keep bandages and maggots for infections and injuries. Lots of little things that with just a little prep, makes the game relatively easy
you mentioned that many medicines are derived from nature.. that's actually the main point of the game (in the story anyway) is that you're going to the Amazon to find a cure to a really fatal disease.. the story has a real dark twist but he is basically a biochemist in the game
This game is actually a survival game with one of the most in depth illness and treatment systems. They showed of the limb checking nicely but they didn't really show bandaging, splinting or dressing. For example in the game you can get internal parasites by eating with dirty hands and wounds can actually get infected if you do not clean them and bandage them in time. And also the ailments have pretty appropriate effects. Parasites yo. I always get so busy I don't notice my poor fella getting hungry. So then I shovel food down with dirty hands. It's almost as bad as the constant war against leeches. For me anyway. But my mudhut is going to have a nice bathroom dammit.
One Decent (and very basic) rule of thumb is 1.) The Brighter the Color on the predator is, the less you need to worry about venom. 2.) The brighter the color on prey is, the more you should be concerned about Poison. Again not absolute but as far as frogs and scorpions & spiders go it’s a good guideline. 😂
U made my day with video. Battled an upper respiratory infection recently for 4 days so far so still feel like crap but hopefully better soon. Thank for sharing info !
5:30 Alligators has a wide jaws and black color, and they are not so big. Crocodiles is green, bigger and have narrower jaws, as an aspiring zoologist I can say that.
The different between aligator and crocodile is the snout if i remember though not reliable. Theres also the teeth when they close their mouth : aligators only upper teeth , crocodile both row of teeth.

About the wildlife questions in the video: Difference between cheetahs and jaguars are mostly where they live. Jaguars reside in jungles and humid places while most cheetahs live in south Africa where the climate es mostly arid... That and cheetahs can't purr for some reason And for the difference between alligators and crocodiles the easiest way to know is to look at the shape of it's mouth/head/snout. One has it the shape of an "U" while the other has a "V" shape (Can't remember exactly which reptile has each) Thanks for the video again. I always try to keep up with your content :)

Parasites can also be acquired ingame by eating raw meat or eating while dirty (indicated by the mud icon to the left of the parasite-in-stomach icon). In the game parasites can be treated by ingesting certain fruit or mushrooms. Next to not drinking uncooked water the player can also prevent parasites by cooking meat or cleaning themselves.
When it comes to big cats attacking, do NOT turn your back, do NOT get down on your knees, and keep making noise. Nothing extra loud and exciting, just talking or something like that. depending on the cat, loud sudden noises get you dead faster. Don't make sudden movements either. A leopard or jaguar is not like your house cat lol if its a tiger, there's no advice, I'm sorry. Tigers will kill just to make a point, and that's not much of a joke lol. Side fact: Leopards attack the skull, not the neck. Edit: Jaguars go for the dome, not leopards. Had to look it up, because I was feeling like i mixed the 2 up lol
1. Cheetahs are taller, lankier, more slender than Jag's or Leopards... AND cheetahs have NO retractable claws like other cats... From a distance, the Cheetah has TRUE spots, not rosettes or rings... More importantly, Jaguars have widely spaced rosettes/rings of spots, but their "spots" are still in relatively close patterns with each other... AND Leopards have tighter rosettes/rings where the spots are close enough to resemble "paw prints" as long as you don't bother counting "toe pads"... AND finally (on cats) you're only ever to get confused between Cheetahs and Leopards in the wild since they don't share the South American jungles with Jaguars... In ZOOS, however, you might as well say "All bets are off"... AND it's just a worthy side-note, Cheetahs are the LARGEST of cats who can still "purr"... though it's not exactly the most recommended practice to get close enough to find out if any large cat has the ability to purr... SO not very useful "field information", just an interesting side-note... AS to alligators/crocodiles... The alligator is as much a carrion eater as opportune hunter and has an easily recognizeable WIDE and HEAVY snout, while the crocodile is primarily a fish eater, rather than carrion, and has a narrower snout for rapid closure/snapping action as a result. Some varieties of croc' even have serrated CUTTING teeth, rather than the archetypal "peg teeth" to further distinguish their visual differences from the alligator, though the alligator IS ONLY native to North America, and will rarely (if ever) be anywhere near a crocodile of any kind for such confusion to pose a significant difficulty... SO basically, you can give a remarkably successful "educated guess" on the species of crocodilian simply by geographically knowing which species are most likely near you... For instance, Cayman are mostly in South America, Salties about the South American, African, and Aussie coastal waters/tributaries, Niles in African Rivers "way up stream"... AND the Gharial mostly in Asia and India famously... Keep that straight, and you can regularly impress your friends on safari with a casual glance and just memory... "where the smart money bets"... haha ;o)
2:10 Cheetahs are small. They are the ones known for being the fastest. However, there is no reported case of a cheetah killing a human. We are too big and strong for them, so they won't even try. But they will try to defend themselves if they are cornered. They are also not considered big cats. Every big cat has the ability to roar. Cheetahs can't roar. They meow and chirp (yes, like a bird). So technically, they are not pig cats. Leopards are in the middle. They are bigger than a cheetah, but smaller than a jaguar. They go for the neck. Jaguars are the biggest of the spotted cats. They have the strongest bite force of all big cats. Instead of going for your neck, they crush your skull with their enormous bite force. 3:05 The gameplay video disinforms you. There was a cut between the mushroom eating and the hallucination scene. The hallucination is actually caused by a brew called Ayahuasca. It's a recipe developed by the local tribes. It makes them see things that normally they shouldn't. So, yes, they go VERY high. 5:28 Most people will say that crocodiles have a longer V shaped snout, and alligators have a shorter U shaped snout. But that's not always reliable, as there can be some crocs that have a wider snout, and alligators with a narrower snout than usual. Just like how we humans have different facial features. A more reliable way to distinguish them is to look at their teeth. If it closes its mouth and only the top row is visible, it's an alligator. If both rows are visible, it's a crocodile. But that doesn't mean that you should approach a wild one just to check its teeth. In the wild, whether it's a crocodile or alligator doesn't matter. Just keep your distance. Also, crocodiles tend to grow larger than alligators. By the way, black caimans have an even stronger bite than what you said. It's 2.5 tons. The devs did a good job with this game. You have to be careful about what you eat and what you touch. Even water has to be boiled if you don't want to get sick or parasites. Or collect rainwater. Raw meat can also cause you to be sick, or get even parasites.
This game is so hard and wild...there is a chance of getting worms buried under your skin if you sleep close to the ground, you will need a sharp bone to get them out and then use a sterile ash or honey bandage. If you don't do that it will get badly infected and to treat the infection of the wound you need to put live maggots on it and let them eat the dead tissue. Not taking into account dehydrating from constant fever. Also if you get laceration you can kind of stitch it up with heads of giant amazonian ants but it hurts like hell. And on top of all of that there is the sanity system which when droped too low starts to make you hallucinating and for example makes you see false things like for example a coconut on the ground when in reality it's a tarantula making you grab it. Enemies that are just a figments of you imagination start appearing and if they get you, you die from hallucinations induced heart attack ☠️
5:28 yeah i think crocodiles have teeth outside their mouth and alligators have on the inside but I’m not sure💀 i remember hearing that like 7 years ago
Can you react to battlefield one all melee takedowns and all bayonet charge kills, and especially react to the totokia, if needed read descriptions on it.
@@Themilesrock exactly, you put your arms out so you break your arms instead of breaking a rib or two or maybe even crack the front of your skull open.
If it's in the Amazon it's a Jaguar. Plus Jaguars have these splayed-out, less solids spots compared to a leopard, otherwise they'd be pretty tough to tell apart unless side-by-side, like if you had a melanistic leopard or jaguar, aka a black panther it's in the shade of the head and usually jaguars are stockier. Cheetahs are very easy to distinguish from the other spotted big cats by having a very lithe body shape and the two vertical stripes on going down from their eyes and around the muzzle. Also a cheetah's spots are solid black while leopard and jaguar spots have brown within the black rings. I recall the easiest way to tell apart a crocodile and an alligator is by the teeth: An alligator's upper jaw's teeth are visible, while with crocodiles there's a pattern of both exposed upper and lower jaw's teeth. It's infuriating how plants in the Amazon have even now undiscovered benefits, but then some of them went extinct due to deliberate deforestation so we may have lost cures for several potentially lethal diseases.
With the holidays quickly coming up, how about some Holiday medical safety episodes (why climbing down the chimney for real would be bad, what makes eating a mistletoe a bad idea 😖 - just to get snowball rolling) . 🎄
A word of warning: just because you say that you don't intend to stay in the jungle for days doesn't mean that you'll never end up there... I've never been in an actual jungle, but I've experienced multiple situations that could have forced me to survive the night in the wilderness. 1) What bridge? Floods, avalanches, and earthquakes can quickly change the landscape and if you're in a valley or on top o a mountain, then there's a good chance that you're stuck for some time! 2) Getting lost. It's not always a lapse of judgment. You can get surprised by dense fog, follow a faulty Navi (Google telling you to use a road that has not been maintained for 30 years), or malicious interference (deliberately tampering with road signs, or giving bad advice). 3) getting accidentally offroad and being incapable of getting back up (be it due to the slope, or because you've ended up taking a bath in the local river) 4) getting stuck in a giant traffic jam in the middle of nowhere (particularly dangerous and frequent in case of blizzards). The TLDR is that when you travel by car between cities or want to take just a day hike, you should be prepared for the event that you have to survive the night. This means in particular: staying dry staying warm (in my climate zone) staying hydrated (seriously, I nearly had to carry the person hiking with me because she couldn't go on because she had packed too little water! It was like 20min before getting back to the car and 10min before reaching an urban area!) and not stumbling aimlessly in the dark, or fog... PS: If someone is an avid hiker, please tell me your experience with the following 1) How do you prevent sweating-freezing-cycles? (e.g. walking uphill and then freezing in the shadow and wind) 2) How to navigate? I had the problem that my map didn't show all the crossings and the path was fading into the wilderness. Going constantly up and downhill, left and right, really made it hard to estimate how far I got on the map... Plus, obviously, as always, when you need it: my phone had 0 reception...
I had an interesting experience getting lost. I went for a job interview 7 hours from home. I stayed overnight but it was in a dense city area (I live in mountains and open areas) and I wasn’t familiar. I studied the main roads I had to travel, but on leaving the area my gps went out (no cell signal too). I was at a mall in a city and I seriously wondered how I’d get out without just driving in circles. Sure I dealt with rattlesnakes, mountain lions and being stalked by a wolf, treating an axe cut. But that was legitimately a worrying experience to be “lost” in an unfamiliar city hundreds of miles from home.
Poisond dart frogs are crazy in that game. If you cant find the plants and materials necessary to heal you from the toxins you die so freaking quick. I tried cooking one once. Five minutes later i was starting a new save. You dont know until you try lol.
Being torn apart by a predator is near the top of my "ways I don't want to die" list. Big cats, komodo dragons and bears seem like a particularly awful way to perish. Crocodiles have teeth that are visible when their mouths are closed, and alligators do not.
The worst Part about Komodo Dragon venom is that it keeps you blood flowing and lowers your bloodpressure. So you will probably die of bloodloss and shock before you get torn apart.
Leopards and jaguars are also about three times the size of a cheetah, so… XD And yes, in the Amazon jungle there they are jaguars. King of the food chain down there for the most part, probably only competing against crocs and anacondas on any serious scale. But the worst dangers are the tiny, hidden ones. The microbes, the venom from little bites and stings, toxins in the environment…
2:10 That is 100% a jaguar because they are the only big cats in the jungle. Cheetahs and lions are usually in savanas. It could be a panter but they do not have these black spots, hope that helps
Jaguars and Cheetahs: You're on point with the spots but I think that one is a leopard. Leopard spots tend to look like mud splatter design while cheetahs are just solid dots and have a lighter build
can you please react to some of the medical scenes in Metal gear solid V?, like the helicopter scene when they we're trying to remove a bomb from someone for example 😃

@@DoctorER well the injuries are a lot, being shot by arrows or die of a explosion but all can be healed by eating food in this game but i think there are some mods(like dlc) for it which makes it more realistic Edit: but seriously doctor i was just joking I mean minecraft? There are injuries yeah but u know it's not so realistic that it shows them
I get that you are very smart and know it all, that's very cool, but for real, are u a doctor for real or a RUclipsr, I've never seen a video of you at the hospital, idk just curious
Full-time emergency room physician here! How would you feel if you showed up to the hospital and your doctor was recording videos? It’s not appropriate.
The nose is different from a crocodile and a alligator. The crocodile has a long narrow snout and a alligator has a wide snout. That is the easiest way to tell the difference between them
The game Green Inferno takes place in the Amazon forest, this forest is the largest in the world, starting from Brazil to other countries, it has Jaguars and big snakes called anacondas and also alligators
I'm a year late, but another way to tell the difference between a jaguar and a cheetah is to know where you are. Jaguars are native to the Western hemisphere, cheetahs to the Eastern hemisphere. So short of a zoo or rich weirdo's private menagerie you won't see one in the other's territory.
Aside from jaguars, other big cats you should be careful are mountain lions, also known as cougars. I've never seen an actual cougar but have watched on the news a few times of them coming into the city limits looking for food. This is here in my home state of Utah, and for sure there are mountain lions or cougars, whatever you like to call them, in California too. So far, from these few incidents involving cougars, no one has gotten hurt or killed, but I know for sure that there have been multiple deaths involving cougar attacks.
You should really cover Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. It has an entire field medic mechanic with animations. It also has some great “eat the wild animal” stuff too.
4:05 30 Feet!? Oh Hell Naw. I fell that distance once. Hurt like hell, and that was before an ATV landed on me. I'll be honest, I probably wouldn't have been able to get up that easily even if it hadn't.
Cheetah is savanna animal, looks like more of a hybrid of dog and jaguar. Usually, they don't attack humans, 'cause they're smaller. Usually lions attack people, but not cheetahs Jaguar is a jungle animal, they're more massive and stealthy type of cats and they usually don't go in fights like this, they will most likely kill you with one blow from an ambush, crushing your skull or neck with their strong jaw and big fangs. Most likely, you will not even notice how he will kill you
the difference between a alligator and a crocodile, is the difference in their mouth thingy jaw a alligator has a longer mouth/jaw while the alligator has a wider one

I don’t know really I am not good at making suggestions a lot of the times😅
You should react to some Brave Wilderness content.
That could be cool!
6:13 it can be bites of wasp, bees, or bullet ants (its an insects that causes rash in Green Hell)
I love your videos very informative and helpful
I like how desensitized he is to a injury that I can’t help but look away at
They didn't even show the infected stuff.
Question, when you put your arms out to protect yourself when you fall does that actually affect how injured you are?
Yes it does but not in a good way
yeah normally you will break something in your arm or hand
@@Themilesrock FAX
@@Themilesrock exactly, you put your arms out so you break your arms instead of breaking a rib or two or maybe even crack the front of your skull open.
@@funni_noises indeed I rather a broken arm over cracking my head open
Love these vids
Great! Now react to every healing animation in Green Hell :)
Great stuff!
Yay he reacted to what I suggested, I’m so happy!!! :D
Mosquitoes mostly leave me alone, but they love my mom‘s blood. For some reason it’s,probably the blood type you mention.
It's infuriating how plants in the Amazon have even now undiscovered benefits, but then some of them went extinct due to deliberate deforestation so we may have lost cures for several potentially lethal diseases.
noice vid, I enjoyed it
Congrats on getting 600k
3) getting accidentally offroad and being incapable of getting back up (be it due to the slope, or because you've ended up taking a bath in the local river)
4) getting stuck in a giant traffic jam in the middle of nowhere (particularly dangerous and frequent in case of blizzards).
The TLDR is that when you travel by car between cities or want to take just a day hike, you should be prepared for the event that you have to survive the night.
This means in particular:
staying dry
staying warm (in my climate zone)
staying hydrated (seriously, I nearly had to carry the person hiking with me because she couldn't go on because she had packed too little water! It was like 20min before getting back to the car and 10min before reaching an urban area!)
and not stumbling aimlessly in the dark, or fog...
PS: If someone is an avid hiker, please tell me your experience with the following
1) How do you prevent sweating-freezing-cycles? (e.g. walking uphill and then freezing in the shadow and wind)
2) How to navigate?
I love the gifs 😍 lol
Thanks!
Did you make The Long Dark reaction video yet? I would love to see you react to this game (if you have, I would appreciate the link)
Just make sure to stay at the couch my man.
Leopards and jaguars are also about three times the size of a cheetah, so… XD
And yes, in the Amazon jungle there they are jaguars. King of the food chain down there for the most part, probably only competing against crocs and anacondas on any serious scale. But the worst dangers are the tiny, hidden ones. The microbes, the venom from little bites and stings, toxins in the environment…
Even Jaguars kill Alligators. One bite and they’re dead. Both can stay underwater for a long time, hell! Jaguars hunt underwater too!
You look’s like mr jone 👏😂
2:10 That is 100% a jaguar because they are the only big cats in the jungle. Cheetahs and lions are usually in savanas. It could be a panter but they do not have these black spots, hope that helps
You should do a part 2 of far cry love that game series
Jaguars and Cheetahs: You're on point with the spots but I think that one is a leopard. Leopard spots tend to look like mud splatter design while cheetahs are just solid dots and have a lighter build
That and cheetahs have those streaks down from there eyes that makes it almost look like they're crying
When it comes out, please react to the Callisto Protocol deaths!
Great doctor. Please react to the TERRIFIER 2 movie
can you please react to some of the medical scenes in Metal gear solid V?, like the helicopter scene when they we're trying to remove a bomb from someone for example 😃
I’d love to see you react to all the for honor executions currently in the game, if you haven’t already that is lol
You should react to the injurys from the show reacher
You should check out tales from the hood in unsurvivable horror movies
1:Carl's death from tales from the hood
2:officer newton's death tales from the hood
Difference between an alligator and crocodile One will see you later and the other will see you after a while.
since when does an ER doctor know anything about surviving the jungle
Having an advanced wilderness medicine and life support certification. Plus most ER doctors having training in major areas of wilderness medicine.
Lmao
The difference in spotting an alligator and a crocodile is you see one later and the other in a while
You're not gonna believe this doctor but plz do react about minecrafts healing 😂😂(yeah by eating food in the game u get healed completely 😂)
Is it only eating food though or is there other stuff?
@@DoctorER well the injuries are a lot, being shot by arrows or die of a explosion but all can be healed by eating food in this game but i think there are some mods(like dlc) for it which makes it more realistic
Edit: but seriously doctor i was just joking I mean minecraft? There are injuries yeah but u know it's not so realistic that it shows them
The difference between an alligator and a crocodile is one will see you later and the other will in a while.
Can you please react to pavlov vr in a future video 😊
Alligators have u shaped mouths and crocodiles have v shaped moutle
I get that you are very smart and know it all, that's very cool, but for real, are u a doctor for real or a RUclipsr, I've never seen a video of you at the hospital, idk just curious
Full-time emergency room physician here!
How would you feel if you showed up to the hospital and your doctor was recording videos? It’s not appropriate.
@@DoctorER my apologies
The nose is different from a crocodile and a alligator. The crocodile has a long narrow snout and a alligator has a wide snout. That is the easiest way to tell the difference between them
The game Green Inferno takes place in the Amazon forest, this forest is the largest in the world, starting from Brazil to other countries, it has Jaguars and big snakes called anacondas and also alligators
Can you react to blitz the leauge 2 injuries?
Alligators have broad U-shaped faces, crocodiles have narrower V-shaped faces.
Strandet Deep Reaction Pls ❤
I'm a year late, but another way to tell the difference between a jaguar and a cheetah is to know where you are. Jaguars are native to the Western hemisphere, cheetahs to the Eastern hemisphere. So short of a zoo or rich weirdo's private menagerie you won't see one in the other's territory.
The Difference is
That Crocodiles have fat mouths-snouts while Alligators have long skinny snouts.
Alligators have a more rounded snout/muzzle, Crocodiles have a fairly slender snout/muzzle towards the end
This game is amazing. Definitely recommend.
Can you react to cobra Kai medical scenes also big fan
A crocodile has a more narrow and somewhat pointed nose while an alligator's nose is broader and rounded.
I think it'd be really fun if you reacted to naked and afraid episodes
Do Fry Cry next
Already did! Check out my Far Cry reaction here: ruclips.net/video/lV0pyzOQ3bs/видео.html
You know, Jake Higgins (the charakter) is canonically a doctor/ pharmacist, who found a cure to cancer
anthropologist
allifgators have a v-shaped snout (tapering). Crocodiles have a U-shaped snout
location and snout shape., crocs have long skinny snouts while an aligater snout looks like the one there a shoe billish type structure
You should watch and breakdown scenes from Cabin Fever (2002). In the movie, the people methodically die from a flesh-eating virus.
The difference between an alligator and a crocodile is the snout one had a longer snout
Alligator: Rounded nose
Crocodile: Sharp Nose
HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII :3
I got stung my several wasps once when I was trying to throw out the trash. I felt like I was going a Jackass stunt.
pls make farcyr healing animations
Okay this is a great game to react to 👌🏻
You should really cover Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. It has an entire field medic mechanic with animations. It also has some great “eat the wild animal” stuff too.
Guy: litterally dying
doctor:HAHAHAHAHAHA
Golden poison dart frogs are the only dart frogs that are lethal to touch the others have to be consumed for harm if I remember correctly
Usually lions attack people, but not cheetahs
Jaguar is a jungle animal, they're more massive and stealthy type of cats and they usually don't go in fights like this, they will most likely kill you with one blow from an ambush, crushing your skull or neck with their strong jaw and big fangs. Most likely, you will not even notice how he will kill you
The one where the alligator part you said it could be a crocodile but it's an alligator because in the forest
I Iike interesting videоs Amazing videоs!😍
0:51 were hallucinations your character has when he has low sanity
the difference between a alligator and a crocodile, is the difference in their mouth thingy jaw a alligator has a longer mouth/jaw while the alligator has a wider one
