I had my NS200 BS3 2015 upgraded with USDs, better brakes and lighter rims, back in 2016 and it costed me a lot and we couldn't fit in ABS to it. Now! this version has almost all the things offered as standard and for a fair prize. I bought mine for 1.1L on road and the upgrades costed me roughly 55K in early 2016. I had to travel 600 Kms to get them on. But the handling difference that forks and lighter wheels made was huge. I can still remember the way the bike held onto its grip when going through sweeping turns on a ghat road. I couldn't feel the same on later models and Now since Sarge is back with this review, my hands are itching to put the latest NS in my garage. I only wish I can get this bike in pure jet black colour scheme with no liveries just like my old one.

The bajaj pulsar NS 200 was a bike that revolutionized the performance motorcycling in India when it was first launched in 2012. It was way head of its time. whether in term's design, features, or performance it was a exciting bike. Even after all these years its still one of the best selling pulsar models. Now in 2023 it finally gets the updates that it deserves even though its a little bit late. Although wish bajaj could have given a little bit more like LED headlamps and wider 140 section rear tyre, slipper clutch, full digital cluster. But overall its still a good choice for those who are looking value for money performance bike. Even though the ns 200 is some what old its has enough puch to give a competition to its rivals. The video was superb bro ❤👍,Hope to see a comparison between the ns 200 and it's rivals. One question. Can we expect these similar updates to the RS200 as well.?
Sarge's comparison review of the yellow NS200 and the older orange Duke 200 is the reason I have a white BS4 NS200 with me right now. That's why Sagar is a legend!
Same, now theres no reason to watch PD except fpr Sir Shumi or Mr. Painter but the moment I see a Sagar sheldekar vid update on my feed I click before my brain even understands it. For me Sagar Sheldekar is a brand for bikers like Sony was for Gamers last decade.
I still remember the pulsar 200ns vs Duke 200 video which you presented in power drift 10 yrs back( yellow pulsar 200 vs orange rocket). Back then I was a hard core pulsar fan boy ( now little bit easy going 😃). Times have changed but motorcycle enthusiasm didn't , It will never change at all!....Fan of your work and content. Continue doing the best job in the world!👍
Great video once again. Bought Hornet 160R by seeing your review and it's gear shifts are way smoother and crossed 80k in good condition. 7 years and strong.
I feel that along with the USD forks, they could have added LED lights for both the bikes and LED indicators for the NS200. I today rode the N160 and as you said, it's great in refinement I highly agree on it, even torque from low speed is excellent.
The sparks are onn ❤!!! 1.47lac, I still remember my father got the first dtsi back in 2004 and how I as an 18yr old was crazy about it. And it costed 56k on road!!! But the feeling of riding it was priceless.. somethings have not changed
When I bought my NS200 in Feb 2018, it wasn't my first choice. I had my heart on Apache 180 but because of the availability issues I took a test drive of NS. And your review just convinced me completely. I can confidently say that I've no regrets. Although after watching this I'm tempted to upgrade to this because mine has no ABS and this looks more refined as well. Always a great video Sarge!!
1. Missing 41mm usd fork in place of 33mm usd. 2. 3 inch wide rim in the front & 4.5 inch wide rim at the rear to accommodate wider tyres like 110/70 & 150/70 respectively 3. DOHC engine would make butter smooth than the existing SOHC setup 4. Added LED headlight & indicators would make it feel premium category motorcycle 5. Better instrument cluster compared to other competitors.
The NS200 looks appealing even now although I wish they had retained the original white colour scheme. Which one would you prefer as a tourer; the NS200, the N/F250 or the 220F, Sarge?
Still remember the yellow NS 200 and Duke 200 comparison video in 2012 by Sagar and got the yellow NS 200 after that video, still owning the NS 200 and it still ride like a charm.
Hey Sarge, great video as always. I love the fact that you put in the same effort for every kind of bike. Another reviewer I follow said that the ABS kicks in early because the tires give out before the entire breaking force is realized. But you say that the tires' potential is limited by the ABS. Conflicting views. In a dilemma as I trust both of you!

Feels good to see Sarge review this amazing machine and makes me remember those powerdrift days when the bs4 ns200 was launched and he reviewed it and that was the reason i have this wonderful bs4 beast in my garage right now
Bajaj still needs to... 1. Reduce the weight atleast by 5 kg to compete with the rivals. 2. They need to make these bikes more refined , long lasting and less maintenance requiring like the Japanese machines. 3. Led lights all around and hazard lights should be given. 4. Slipp and assist clutch is so very important for fatique free rides and for better sudden down shifts. 5. Usually, link type monoshock is given with the bikes which have a perimeter frame but bajaj used a simple setup. Link type monoshock keeps the weight of the bike and the rider's weight near to the ground providing best handling. 6. An aluminium swing arm would further improve the handing. 7. They should keep the rear Abs as optional. 8. Instead of a center stand they should provide the bikes with an optional padock stand to further reduce the weight. ......bajaj has indeed made the bikes much better then before but there still was a few more things that could be done !!!😥😥😥😥
And this is exactly why they say India is a very difficult market. We want to pay less but have everything in it. What we tend to forget is, with quality the price goes up. With the list of wishes added above, the price would go beyond that of the R15. Would anyone but the NS then??

Sir the NS and N series bikes are really bad for commuting with many mileage related issues. The ns200 for instance is a bike that can give you 45kmpl on eco riding but as low as 25 on highways with a bit rev. Other bikes made for cruising such as RE 350 or TB 350 or glamour etc dont have such wild differences with just different riding styles.

Nice little bikes. I do find odd looking that license plate in front. It really destroys the look of the bikes. What knee pucks do you use to make those sparks?
I already have a bike but still watched the review because of sarge. Great review as usual. Buyers will have a huge headache when it comes to choosing between n160 and ns160. So what is the best according to u?
Bajaj... Need to relaunch Pulsar-200 with USD Forks and some nice console + Headlight... It will be a market killer! :)
I went on my first ever solo trip on this beast. I would gladly take this over any other bikes under 250cc anyday. Rev rev rev..... man that adrenaline rush
.....
Glad you enjoyed it mate
Correct. They knew they could still cash in on the NS range. Why should they discontinue? haha. Good choice by Bajaj. And a great review by you.

Sweet riding...sagar you Still think the apache 200 handles better than the new ns200??
Getting onw this week pls reply 🙏
Yes, slightly so. Offers better damping and support when u start pushing. And the preload adjustment is a boon

Nice little bikes. I do find odd looking that license plate in front. It really destroys the look of the bikes. What knee pucks do you use to make those sparks?
Wiz racing knee sliders
@@SagarSheldekarOfficial Thanks!

Sir why you can't make video on hunter 350??
I already have!
NS200 now makes more sense than the 250s. The only thing that the NS lacks now is a slipper clutch.
The clutch is already pretty light
Eagerly waiting for your review.
Then I'll decide whether I should go with the NS 200 or the duke 200.
You will have your answer tom at 10
I already have a bike but still watched the review because of sarge. Great review as usual. Buyers will have a huge headache when it comes to choosing between n160 and ns160.
On one hand n160 design looks super but upside forks on a 160cc bike reasonably priced damn thats too good to be true. Bajaj even though they rarely update make sure to give an earthquake in our two wheeler industry.
Haha they sure now how to throw a curve ball
