Mandani Bay in Mandaue is far better. I just purchased a nice 2 bedroom unit on the 5th floor. Turning the maid's room into a pantry as I do my own cleaning. The main bedroom is my home gym/computer room/office, and I will sleep in the 2nd bedroom. The area the condo is in is still relatively quiet and I can walk to S&R.
kevin might be a shy guy but he dont talk enough about the rooms/areas to sell it to a fly... bro just say it has fluted paneling interior in the master n the size of the bed it can potentially fit... give us dimensions... sell the product not just wave ur hands around kuya po 🤣🤣 sorry trying to help u out here!!! also would like to know what brand the stuff in the kitchen besides smeg cabinets? are they stained/scratch resistant? are the flooring real wood or vinyl? are they also water/scratch resisitant? smeg idk they made cabinets! just giving u helpful advice yall u guys need to cover alot more then this if taken seriously

Only the price is LUXURIOUS my friend dont hype or fooled the people my friend… The Alcoves & Park Point in Ayala Mall is way better than that… not the IPI Rockwell condo… maybe soon the Shang Madani Bay is way far in the bottom… just to ambitious for a luxury… trying hard 🤣 the air smells so bad in the area…

In my opinion a condo is not luxury if there is no bathtub, especially in the master bath.
