@allison447 Many investors do just that. They get the pre build discounts and put a deposit down. The builds can take up to 3 years so the price has gone up. Then resell and take the profit. The agents details are in the video if you want more info.

We bought a studio unit there for about P5M back in 2021 and now they're selling it at P9M. Can't wait for the turnover so we can rent it out
