Well I mean that's how she has the grants and whatever. Each head is a huge amount per year on a refund. And then they get taxes somehow off of the income of taxes of her clients income. But if she's doing that now she would be a fraud to the state as a business owner. So I don't think she's doing that and if she is she's very bold. But you would have to be bold to have eight children with less than 4 bedrooms. Selfish. Not blessed. Spread thin. It doesn't make logical sense. But people push the limits. We all do.
