UK is the only place that really has milk in their tea.. even in Asia tea is usually just boiled herbs etc.. lol places like Korea and Japan call it 'milk tea' or 'English tea'~
i moved to Japan by myself at 18.. didn't know the language, never been there before.. it wasn't that bad haha learning the language and cultural differences was (and still is ) the hardest part!
my best friend moved from maryland to texas right before her junior year of high school. it was insanely hard for me not having her here. so i can’t even imagine how hard it was for her. she only knew her parents and brother and was going into a school were everyone already knew each other. she’s a pretty and fun girl, so she was able to make a lot of friends and even got a homecoming date. she still visits as often as she can, but its hard. i miss her so much right now and this video really reminded me how hard it must of been for her.
I've been 12 years in the South of England, moved from the North, tried with people, gave up. Totally different mindsets, personalities, and I don't have any friends. I had quite a few back home. They are very intolerant of anyone different, quite hostile and rude, and make you feel like crap so better to be alone than endure bad people.
My worst fear about moving is always being lost. Driving on the freeway and missing your exit or not being told by your GPS that you need to get over until it's too late. Also not having any friends. At my age it's very difficult to make new friends. People already have their core friends and are busy with their families and raising young kids. Also finding a hair stylist, a natural nail salon, or even your go to carry-out food place. I for sure have anxiety about moving.
the Last punch line was so good. My sister was on call with her Boss, and I burst out in loud "Villainous" laughter, and her face went Pale white.. That made me laugh some more..
the differences between britain and north america are crazy! I'm canadian, and when I went to britain small talk was the norm there. you talk to literally everyone, it's really nice :)
I plan on moving to a rural area after I graduate college. I've grown up my whole life in the suburbs near the big city, but there's something about rural areas I grown fond to. When that day finally comes, I plan to take my time adjusting rather than seeking anyone who I might think will become good friends I can get acquainted with.
Oh so relatable dude! I m going through similar circumstances.. Discovering, exploring everything on my own.. Which is interesting, and isolating too 😥
So from the house where I lived as a baby, I moved into a bigger house when I was about 6 or 7. Then my mom and dad decided to move to Denmark since thats where my dad works and dad wanted to see us more often. Then after living there for like 6 months, we moved back into the house where I moved into when I was 6-7, and that's where I live now, comfortably with my two adorable little cats.
My brother's been through a lot. He changed schools once in Korea, went to Australia in Geelong, changed suburbs and schools twice there, moved to adelaide, changed once, moved to melbourne, changed schools twice then went to high schools and changed to Melbourne High. And me, Ive changed countries once, went to geelong, had a kindergarten there, moved to adelaide and had another kindergarten, moved to melboune had three kindergartens that I was going to, went to primary, changed primary schools but I hated it there so I change back to my old school. So Ive definitely had less than my brother
I moved so much growing up, and went to 7 different schools. I had to make new friends (of what little friends I had) again and again. but I at least got to stay in the same school for 10-12 grade.
Hey Hey! Very much relate, time and time again, it happens. All of it. However, no matter how many challenges, I still recommend everyone to GO and live abroad. I've been living and working abroad in many countries, for many years, and I love inspiring others to do it, because it's an amazing experience that transformed my entire self. I gained more confidence, became more social, made friends around the world, and the list is long. I love helping people, including through video's because when you move and take the right steps, in the right order, the experience is just amazing! Happy Journey everyone! Rachel

I've been 12 years in the South of England, moved from the North, tried with people, gave up. Totally different mindsets, personalities, and I don't have any friends. I had quite a few back home. They are very intolerant of anyone different, quite hostile and rude, and make you feel like crap so better to be alone than endure bad people.
are you still living there now?
Conclusion: Siri is gonna be your bestest friend when you move somewhere new
"bYE GO YOU'RE GONNA GET DEPORTED"
I actually love moving to new places, I normally never live in a country for more than 5 years.
My worst fear about moving is always being lost. Driving on the freeway and missing your exit or not being told by your GPS that you need to get over until it's too late. Also not having any friends. I can't relate to this...I've never moved in my entire life and I'm 15

When i moved from Hawaii to Ohio the winter messed me up man
Why do brits love tea?

I'm so British that when I was younger I used to drink tea out of my bottle instead of milk oops
Al Shaer why Americans love coffee so much?

I watch these two Irish guys, in Ireland. One of them is 100% Irish and they love coffee. It's not just America.
the differences between britain and north america are crazy! I'm canadian, and when I went to britain small talk was the norm there. you talk to literally everyone, it's really nice :)

i like how most of the questions she asks siri she does in a way that wouldn’t get a response so they just cut away after she speaks 😂
4 months in Australia. Still no friends 😔
"go go you're gonna get deported" LMAO 😂😂😂😂
I’m from up north and I just moved to Florida and the most common fall/winter scenario for me is “it’s 65 degrees it’s so hot for November. WHAT WHY IS EVERYONE WEARING WINTER COATS ARE THESE PEOPLE INSANE???”
My dream: being an anxious mess and meeting Ashly to save me.
Ashly worked at a bar?
Woah...
2:30 - we're out of alcohol? You're in a bar!!!
You know what is a real struggle? Trying to watch any of my videos because they are all so terrible they make you want to die.
