Bears say they'll invest $2 billion in new stadium in Chicago after talk of moving to suburb

The Chicago Bears are shifting their plans from building a new stadium in Arlington Heights to helping fund a new stadium in the City of Chicago, the team announced Monday morning. Bears President and CEO Kevin Warren said in a statement the team would contribute over $2 billion to build a new stadium in Chicago.

Bears always were prepared to pay for the new Stadium, they have been very honest with both communities all along,
What was the motivation to ask for 10 times increase in their taxes prior to breaking ground? Grad rate in Arlington Heights HS are at 87%, lets let the taxes improve the same figure in the Zip codes of the near South Side!
This suburb and suburban Chicago was so excited to see the Money in their view they got Greedy!? The oldest Sin, too bad for AH/Cook, the Bears just allowed you to avoid Graft!
