UK Postbox is the one 👌 great bunch of guys and affordable prices. 💯 I’ve been using them for my businesses for a couple of years now. I can’t fault them and they are much cheaper than getting PO Box with Royal Mail. So it’s a no-brainer for me.

What if I'm starting a clothing brand business In the UK? Wouldn't it cost too much money, if say customers decided to return goods to the virtual business address/office or packages were sent to that virtual address?
I know that there are mail forwarding service for HMRC letters etc to be scanned or forwarded on but I'm unsure and stuck in regards to what address to put down for the clothing brand I want to start. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this please

Great video! Can I order things from china it might be a large box to the self storage post thing and how can I list the self storage postal system as an official business address to the government so non of my packages get seized or questioned ?
No you can’t order large shipments I had a letterbox so it could only fit small parcels (speak with the staff, you may have to rent an office space or larger unit for that). Check out PostBox UK for official business addresses that’s where I got mine from, I recommend PO Box for influencers as it saves you from sharing so many people your real address

You mean selling on amazon? not FBA? I assume Amazon would deal with returns if it was FBA? But both services can work for returns as they have an actual physical place to be sent to (hope this helps)

Hey! Thanks for watching! If you’re home address is where customers are coming than no need for a separate business however may be a good idea to not publicise that address on Google and just dm customers the address once they’ve booked?

You have to sign up via the Government website to be a LTD company via companies house
Kind of late here, but I have some questions, can I use UK Postbox to make my address anonymous when buying things so that they don’t know my address but it still sends to my home? Or are my only options the P.O. Box ones
Better late than never! Thanks for watching 😊 and yes so I use it also for when brands send me products, if you want them to forward anything to your home address you just have to pay for the cost of UK Postbox sending it to you (and you can choose from the diff delivery options) hope this helps!

Hey! So for Paypal I usually use my personal address since no one should see your address on Paypal but they will see your shopify address but either way it doesn’t have to match with shopify (from my experience) hope that helps 🙏🏽

Do you need to register a business address if you're a sole trader in the UK and does this need to be displayed on your website/correspondence?
Not a need straight away but I do recommend it eventually because you don’t want to use your own address, a lot of email marketing platforms require your businesses address to be at the bottom of all emails (I’ve made the mistake of sending a customer mail out which had my home address on it! 🙈)

Hey! So you have to pay monthly for it and depending on the option you go for there should be an option for where you can get things delivered to them and then redirect to yourself or you can open a PO Box with a local storage unit company

the pO box collect is £330 or delivered is £396 a year.
I did not understand the pricing on the UK post. there are a lot of figure but it looks like you pay £6 per a parcel. which is a lot and could mount up to far more than a po box from the PO
Oh no have you tried other storage companies? I guess it depends on how many parcels you get as It could pile up, also you can try a Royal Mail PO Box which is a yearly fee I think
I'm confused about what's an actual virtual digital address. Is it basically a made-up fake address? so if I wanted to ship parcels to people, then they would think I live at the virtual address? and if i want to accept returns, then it's best if i sign up for a proper address at a PO box? sorry I am new to this. Am I correct?
Sorry I wrote the previous message into 2 mins of the video. I finished watching it and it makes a lot of sense to my slow brain now. This is a really good video and it gave me various options. Prior to watching this, I only came across the royal mail PO box information on google and i saw the prices and I was so confused. So your video was very informative and very helpful and it really clarified everything. I definitely think a digital virtual address would be beneficial for me as I will be a new small business and I also liked how you included influencers into this because it was an eye-opener how they also need to protect their privacy also.

They charge £6 quid for a small box . Might as well get formal mail post box so they can redirect it themselves

No as your local post office isn’t there to hold your items unless you pay for a PO box with them

Wow that’s a change! An alternative option is using your accountants address (with there permission) for privacy
Sadly cant use a PO box for Directors address on Companies house so your home address is still in oublic view under your registered buisness on companies house.
