@DarcysBusiness Your energy & smile is off the charts!!! I/we really appreciate your, insight & info!!! Do I have to register a business, before using this virtual office?
@@kennethhenderson5098 So when it comes to business addresses, you can get a virtual business address (typically cheaper, most of the time iPostal1 offers addresses at mail rooms or UPS stores) or a virtual office (the virtual office gives you a physical office building location and typically cost more money). I have had no problem with using my virtual office on business documents. I got my Virtual Office through Alliance Virtual
Hey Darcy! Thanks so much for this informative video on VOA’s! Your timing is perfect as my husband and I have been struggling to find the best VOA for our online e-commerce business that we are creating. Pretty sure we will be using Alliance Virtual but our next hurdle is which bank would you recommend to use for our business account? I have checked with some of our local banks and a VOA is NOT accepted and they are also not, in their words, “not equipped to handle deposits for online businesses.” We have watched several other videos on “best banks for online business,” but would love to know your take and recommendation for a business account for online businesses using a Virtual Office Address as well! Thanks so much!!!
Hey Paula, I personally have used my virtual office that I got with Alliance on my bank account application for both Truist and Chase and had no problems. It’s important that the address used is a physical office building, if so, you shouldn’t have a problem. Secondly, I also have online accounts with Relay and Novo. I have some videos reviewing these online banks. When deciding on the best bank, I want you to consider whether meeting in-branch is important, if you want the bank to integrate with other software like Quickbooks, Stripe, etc, and if your business is cash/check heavy.
Thank you! We are considering some of the very banks that you mentioned above. We definitely need integration for our online e-commerce business but not necessarily a walk in branch. I will check out your videos on the online banks as well. Thanks so much!
I was on the verge of going with Opus, but after watching your video, I'm looking into Alliance. I noticed that they are not listed with the BBB, whereas Opus has a very good rating with them. Care to comment?
WEALTHY 2024! Hi Darcy! I have a question. I have recently filed my LLC with Bizee (IncFile) and I used their physical virtual address during this process. My mobile business will be operating mostly in Dallas but now everything is set up with Bizee’s virtual address (in Houston). Is that fine? Or should I find a new virtual address locally and change the address with SOS? Thanks in advance!
Hey friend! It depends on your needs. Do you want to be able to access your mail/go to the office in person or are you fine paying for mail services? Personally, I have mail forwarded to me monthly because I live in a different state than where my business was formed. Also, do you have more clients in Dallas or Houston? Depending on where most of your customers are, you might want to have an address closer to them.
Hey Friend just some constructive criticism when making content get straight to the point ...In today's time folks have a very short attention span thanks for your creative content!
I would call the virtual office company as well as the chosen office and ask. Also, check on the ability for you to go in person and pick up the mail. If your mail is lost and it’s for another company (not on the paperwork), they could argue that they aren’t responsible for it
So make sure to get one that looks like an office. You can check on Google maps. This video explains how: ruclips.net/video/w2z5z0h0IwI/видео.htmlsi=lDXuhdeGnM8cr4a0
Is it normal for VOAs to be expensive? My sister has a P.O. Box for like $10 a month. But I know not to do that. I searched and found Lucid Private Offices. I like how they have scalability offering because for now it’s VOA but later on I can pay for office space if I wanted to and even have a cheaper option to have office space 3 times a week. It’s around $70 a month for VOA no start up costs mail forwarding about $10 a month. Do you find that pricing to be pretty normal now a days? Trying to keep business costs down.

Hey!! Typically, you would want to get a virtual address first so you can then use it on your business formation documents.
@@DarcysBusiness really really appreciate you!!!Thanks for responding & the heads up
I'm glad I didn't start doing my research 1 day earlier or I wouldn't have caught this vid. Thanks!
Glad I could help!
@@DarcysBusiness Is it true that banks are denying funding to businesses with virtual addresses as of lately?

I would also call both companies and see which reps help you out the most. I think both companies work just fine.

i heard that banks for business credit are no longer accepting VOAs for approval. is this true?
