Maybe Gore Magala, as a Pseudo Wyvern. Gore isn't an Elder Dragon and has arm-wings. Though it does have 2 hind legs, 2 arms and 2 arm-wings (an extra pair of arms) But according to your "How to spot a Pseudo Wyvern", it should be on the list. As it's a wyvern, and has arm-wings.

Yeah it's a colab with that, in Monster Hunter Explore they make many colabs, Attack on Titan, Evangelion, Street Fighter, Fate/Stay Night, Fairy Tail, etc, with that came out pretty cool monsters.

They used the Demonic Seregios color and Horns for The Seven Deadly Sins Franchise. Even the Dark Spheres are in the Franchise, seems like copyright struck 😬😬😬
Since you were putting what crossover monster we’re supposed to be crossed with you missed two, Gilded Diablos is part of a crossover with the Fate franchise and is meant to look like Gilgamesh with its golden armor and it’s black and red horn being his weapon. Also the Demonic Seregios is from a crossover with the Seven Deadly Sins anime and is meant to look like the main antagonist of the first season Hendrickson in his final form which is why it has a skull mask and can use his Dark Snow attack which are the black orbs it fires instead of scales
