Somebody please put this man on TV. We watched every episode of Bizarre Foods. This man explains and show respect towards the culture unlike some of these creeps who make rude faces and remarks.
I spent a good portion of my teenage years watching Bizarre foods, i don't really watch tv anymore so im happy to see you putting out some RUclips content.

We appreciate how you explain in detail every need in cooking a Great Meal. On the flip side to all that ... I recently watched a video of the Life Struggles you've been through, it's made you all the more Human. We been there My Brother and your Definitely a Great Example of how We CAN get through it all and be Victorious. God has Gifted you with this way of Cooking and Communicating with Simplicity. I just watched you cook a beautiful corned beef brisket. I only have brisket from the only store on the Island. It looks like yours but my question is do they soak and cure brisket prior to packaging? Mine never comes out right.
