Those ribs look amazing, I just ate and yet I am hungry again from watching this. Best ribs I have ever eaten was at Famous Dave’s. The combination of the texture, way it was cooked, and most importantly the sauce, is the reason why Famous Dave’s stands out. Would highly recommend any Ribs or BBQ lovers to try this place out! born and raised in kansas city. after eating here 100+ times, i can confirm that this is THE BEST barbecue not only in the city but the country. if you live in the midwest, this is worth a weekend trip just for a meal. trust me.

I had to work at GM plant in Kansas City and I was lucky to visit this joint. The line was around the building so one hour later the wait was well worth it thrust me!!!
Kansas city has its own style but also literally every other north american style including several Mexican ones can be found there too. Its amazing and this place is a prime example!

Kansas City Joe's; I was just there for fathers day.. had the two plate with brisket & pulled pork & the apple crisp desert. My son had the chicken & OMG!!! best hands down! Thanks for visiting Kansas!
