    About tl494 power supply ,it is nice , but can we increase the input to get higher voltage .? To be 0_50 v 0 -10 or 15A .

      Yes, you have to add active cooling, larger heat sinks, use better mosfet and wind the inductor using thick or double wiring and then change the shunt value but there might be some drip of voltage(another volt or so).

      i bet its just a regular powdered flux/rosin mixed with a little bit of technical alcohol. Im using it and it works really well

      Of course not! BD130 / 140 are common transistors and TIP122 / 127 are Darlingtons. Replace BD139 / 140 by TIP31 / 32 or TIP41 / 42, reverse of the terminals (B and E)

    can we get higher supply voltage by just rising voltage on mosfets and regulate vpltage on ic whit 7812/15

      It is possible, but not effective, 78XX work in linear mode.

      разрабатывалась как зарядное устройство, поэтому такие пульсации вполне допустимы

    'load regulation' as high as 0.6V is very poor performance. This caused by resistors network between pin-2 to pin-14 and between output-line to output-return are not correctly designed.
    Compensation network between pin-2 to pin-3 is needed too, to prevent natural close loop oscillation.

      Hello ... i want build this circuit, what is correction for the circuit and Max Vgs of mosfet is 20v so mosfets need zener for protect if input more than 20v ?

    i already done this circuit... just only can adjust output voltage but when i connect it to the load about 6Ohm Resistor... the current so small .even i adjust output voltage on about 14VDC and input is 20VDC ... Update:just made a little correction on bias input R .. now i can adjust liMit current from small about 0.002A to max..

      Uğur Özsoy uğur devre çalışıyor emin ol. ben bu devreyi 3 yada 4 kez pertinaksa kurdum sonunda çalıştırdım.sorunun çinden aldığım tl494 lerde çıktı. götler patetes 494 göndermişler. pc power suply lerden söktüğüm tl494 ler ile çalıştı.
      bende şöyle bir sıkıntılar çıktı. voltaj 5v altına inmiyor ve akım 3,5a üzerini çekemiyordum.
      sonra R7 ve R8 dirençlerin değerini 1k yaptım. şuan 15a üzerini çekebiliyorum. mosfetlerin ısısı da çok iyi. devreyi yeni yaptım. şimdi 5v altına düşmeye çalışıyorum .daha sonra n kanal mosfete çevireceğim. sonrasında ise 60v giriş hale çevirmeye çalışacağım.

      circuit works. I can throw a video from WhatsApp. The only nuisance right now is the output voltage does not fall below 5v. For high current, make r8 and r9 resistors 1k.
