The circuit diagram is wrong. The transistor c5200 is an NPN type but PNP in the diagram.

The 5K just fine tunes the output voltage, it doesn’t limit the current!
That wiring is right but I think the current max, maybe only 3Amperes

Thank you for sharing. Extra large thank you for including the schematic, however the +/- in, out and ground symbols are very confusing. And, the NPN BJT symbol is wrong? An explanation of how the circuit works is badly needed. I am specifically wondering about how 10A of current is derived from a 1A diode? But, I can not understand from the confusing (incorrect?) schematic. I mean no disrespect.
The diode's direction is also reversed in the opening circuit drawing?
This is not useful, it doesn't regulate... if the input voltsge changes then the output will change too.

The 1N4007 in the picture is in the wrong way. The resistor of 0.1R 5W in the video is not present neither in the picture nor in the schematic.

Sim, e o primeiro erro que note foi no resistor de 47Ω, quando na realidade as faixas são em amarelo, lilás e dourado corresponde a 4,7Ω e não 47Ω, este que tem a faixa em amarelo, lilás e preto.
Sobre sua tese de "isso é um desrespeito com os escritos do canal", não se limita apenas a isso, pois também falta em respeito aos profissionais, estudantes e quem curte eletrônica por hobby (meu caso).
