I paid way less for my Integra back here in the US. Granted it's USDM and not a type R, but still. 1.9 million for a type r in that condition is a pretty good deal. Love it when you upload man!
I live in the States, and I'm thinking about getting a car from Japan. Is there a dealership or a moms and pops business I should go to do get it? I want the car shipped. I'm pretty good with working with my hands so I can some of the work myself if need it to help with the cost.
You have to go through an exporter and unfortunately most are shady as it is a business at the end of the day. Try Top Rank , they are up-front about their prices.
It depends what you're looking for exactly... Here in Japan it's called a "Nissan Cima" What kind of parts do you need? You might be able to find it on Rockauto.com
I don't know and don't want to give you the wrong answer, but from what I've seen on my title, there is nothing that mentions the status of the car whether it's clean rebuilt or salvaged , but I'm sure they have a system for this.
@@MITONFILMS I still have it but I crashed it a year ago. It’s hard finding integrals out here for a decent price. I live in Colorado now so everything is far away. For the price I’m better off just fixing my car. I deploy this year so I’ll most likely keep it in storage and pay for the repairs when I get back to the states in 2024 unless something better comes up by then.
2 million yen = $15,333 dollars

I bought a van, not a Type R, but USDM for way more.
I haven't seen one that cheap in a few years. 20 to 90k is the norm now. Yes 90k on BAT.
They don't last long . They are usually purchased pretty quickly but they are out there. 👍🏽
Super happy for you
I bought a DC5 2001, Type R, 122,000 KM, for Y1.5 million, with shaken and some minor fixes; the total is Y2 million.
$100 deposit is WILD 💀 glad everything worked out for you

So do they issue rebuilt titles in Japan too? Or do they not do much about title status and just go off the history of the car?
