What an honor, I was supposed to go see Damageplan the year he left us, I was, and still am devastated to this day, and for Vinnie passing too. R.I.P. Abbott brothers, Gods of Metal. GetchaFuckinPull!! 333 🍻🎸🤘🏻
Pantera saved the Metal in the 90s as said by so many other famous rockers. Such a unique heavy but also super groovy . The Abbot Brothers, Rex, and Phil conquered the fucking world. And will go down in history as one of the greatest bands of all time.
Pantera had a way of being the hardest, wildest band on any concert lineup. They once opened for Anthrax and once their set was done, they brought several bbq grills to the front and started grilling hotdogs for the fans while Anthrax performed. Those boys were different!
so rad to see Dimebag reaching new people after all this time :) ! I notice you diggin on the guitar shred; there's no video for it, so prolly not good reaction material, but Dimebag's best (arguably) guitar solo is on the song "The Sleep" from the Cowboys From Hell record. Check it out for your own fun and amusement, if you haven't already. Its def my personal favorite Dime solo. Cheers man!
tbf I've seen *some* live videos scattered here and there on RUclips, but the sound quality is always trash, so I have to recommend the studio recording
@@stuartwooding9435 if you guys haven't heard Dime's solo on "We'll Meet Again", that would be my pick for his best and hardly anyone knows it because it's from the pre-CFH era lol
This was my number one choice to listen to before hockey games to get pumped up. Made we want to put guys through the boards, not just into the boards.
Without question is pretty far fetched. Considering Dave Mustaine exists and he pretty much wrote all of Megadeth and key parts of Metallica lol. Dime and Mustaine are 1A and 1B
@@jt519 Dave Mustaine has publicly commented that dime bag is a vastly superior guitarist… Just remember Marty Friedman was Dave Mustaine‘s back up plan when dime bag turned down the offer to join Megadeth so let your brain wrap around that one!!

The more you listen to rock and metal you'll realize the statement you made isn't 100% accurate. I got to see Pantera in concert 22 times and met them 8 times. RIP DIME and VINNIE

Been listening to Pantera since I was 10yrs old, 94. Still got goosebumps watching this video again 👊🏼
This song blows my head off.

The first song I ever listened from Pantera when I was 13. I wasn’t ready with my Metallica, Megadeth, Motley Crue background lol

Personally I think the best dime solo is domination. But it’s like choosing between your kids
I think “floods” from GSTK, won solo of the year

I'd like to thank Pantera for filling the world with metal, especially in this time of pop-tarts and horrid rap music.
Pantera were kings! Glad a got to see them.
I missed this one. Does RUclips block 'em? Hail kings!
sometimes they do.

Dime is without question the greatest Metal guitar God virtuoso of all time!!
R.I.P. Dimebag

They broke the mold when brother dime was made.

the releasing of anger can better any medicine under the sun
So glad I was born in the seventies able to grow up with this music.
Tough call, but my favorite Pantera song. The flow is just amazing!
Loving the Pantera content! For the next one I highly recommend Primal Concrete Sledge live @Ozzfest
Yeah, dude. Good call.
Dime!!!!!! The Best ever!!!!!!!!
I missed this!
Respect man. U got a good ear. Keep up the good work I like it honestly and humility brother 🤘
Great reaction. You need to check out the lyrics on this song. It hits different. They are amazingly motivational.
Regular people next from Pantera!!!
One of their best IMO.
I remember being 14 year old me and hearing this song for the first time. Changed everything lol
Check out their song Rise.💎🤙
You can Google the death of Dime. Much love to you and your family 💕Brandi Modrak 💕❤
Vinny was a beast on the kit for sure..
What I like about it is the Bass guitar and the electric guitar that is what set's it off
The Apogee of Metal
Welcome to Pantera, check out Gwar Being Back the Bomb. Great sng
Nice wording.
What? pantera is rock!
Yeah after all that 80's hair metal crap these guys just kicked the door in. (Soundgarden too)

Sadly shows like this led to Dimes Death. When the Shooter ran up Dime and everyone else assumed fan and then like 12 died in a Bljnk if an eye
They as kids. Hung out with kings x. Never seen any one react to kings x
Their shows were a lot of fun as long as the skins didn’t wreck it. Unfortunately,
they tend to like thrash metal.
Wish you'd review both parts of Suicide Note
Metal vs rock metal is more specific like u said Pantera sticks out like green jelly Metallica acda motorhead etc

Hip hop and rap nowadays does not compare to heavy metal, sorry man. But then again all music is garbage nowadays don't you think
This gangsta metal!! Pantera = nba youngboy.
Change your hashtag dude, this is NOT rock. PURE metal my friend.
...and, there was nothing better than PanterA on this planet, and there never will be again. Rest Easy brothers, we miss you. #getchapull

if you wanna listen the song uninterrupted just put the song lol!
