Pat, I have to tell you that one of my favorite parts of your videos is that you are honest when you don't like something. I am sure it would be so easy to just edit that out, but artists need to see other artists make mistakes and fix them. I really appreciate it!
I'm loving your London quilt sew a long. Your fabric choices are amazing and in combinations my brain wouldn't even entertain! I love how accurate and literal the pattern is as well. Not participating but enjoying every minute!
Love how your trees came together, that peacock fabric is perfect! Your videos help give a better visual for piecing everything, so thank you! Off to cut and sew my trees😊
Fantastic trees Pat, and loving everyone’s blocks. I’ve planned to do mine in the winter months, given me time to collect my fabric choices. Thanks for sharing your blocks. 👍❤️😊
Thank you. Fun video. Love your tree blocks. And, thank you for the info of the feathers in the hats of the guards. I want to add that detail to my guard as well - and now, I shall. I didn’t know that they had different feathers for the different regiments. Ah, the advantages of an international community.
All of your London Town blocks looks great!, I didn't join in on this one, but it has been fun watching your progress. I have some liberty fabric and am hoping to add to it.
I'm enjoying making the blocks for "London Town," BUT I miss your clear, simple directions! Thank you for mentioning that getting used to a different designer's approach can be challenging. (There are also a couple corrections on line, mentioned at the start of the book.) I'm sticking with this tricky quilt, and I'm excited to create something so different.
Thank you for sharing the steps for making the trees. I continue to learn something each time. Initially I was wondering how the horse fabric would look when you initially said you would use it. I love it! The peacock tree with horse fabric are stunning blocks. The parade of blocks is a favorite of mine too! I love to see the artistry. Well done everyone 👏 How are blocks shared?
We are very spoiled with your pattern writing style ….. the pattern for the London Town is very different some of it is confusing… but i have gotten through and figured it out. Moving forward…. It’s a challenge for me to figured it out. 😊

Making changes to your plan IS making. that is part of the process. It isn't something to 'not talk about' as everyone does it.

Good morning
Pat the quilt behind you in today's video is beautiful!! Which quilt is that please?

Bird seems too big, out of proportion and distracting. I would elect to skip as others did.
