I want to say a big THANK YOU, to both of you. You helped me so much through my own vestibular migraine story with all your videos. Spreading your stories was so helpful to me. Blessings and greetings from Germany

Thank you both. I am in NYC and I am a sufferer. Right now with all the stress about coronavirus it is really bad.

So glad you're both sharing about vestibular migraines /mav. Shows how we Can have similarities but differences too. Ex)the visual issues. I too cannot watch TV. I can now watch an hour or so of Netflix where I can control more pick and choose etc. I also miss a lot of my music as the noise even if I like the sound has to be in short spurts like 15 minutes a day sorta thing.

Great interview, it's nice to see Matt is gaining back some ground after illness. It's true that you have to keep trying to put yourself out of your physical and mental comfort zone to get better, it also depends on your individual timing and recovery as to how quickly it comes. We can all try and to be kind to ourselves no matter where we're up to, and encourage each other and ourselves to keep going. ;)
