  • Hey ya'll -- we're all itching for a haircut during this time so I've put together a tutorial on how I've been cutting my own hair and face framing layers for the past 2 years! It's actually not as hard as it seems and with enough practice you can reduce the number of visits you make to the salon and save some much needed coins!

    It looks like girls who cut their own hair at home have extremely beautiful length!! What if because we do it ourselves our hair grows better since it’s our own energy being transferred vs having someone else touch it 🤔 like that own movie tangled !

      Loll I can see that being plausible. I think also when you do it yourself you cut it more often which helps retain length bc you don't get as many split ends. I used to only cut my hair the 2 times I went a year and my hair was much shorter since my hairdresser had to cut off more split ends. Now I cut my hair at least every 5-6 weeks!

    Wow girl, you did awesome. Love your method. By pulling the sections together at the front it automatically makes the front angles. I just did my face framing and still think they may not be even. I’m going to use your method to double check. Thank you ❤️

    It looks so pretty! Your hair is in great shape though. Mines pretty good, but I think it’s thinner than yours. Anyways, thanks for sharing this you kind of freehanded it and I think I’ll do the same, for starters.

    You are lovely. I've had Black friends and roommates who struggled with hair. I always felt so badly for them. Your hair is beautiful

    I always wanted face framing layers
    Can this be done on wavy hair too?

      I’m glad you like the video!! To be safe I’d blow dry wavy hair straight before trying this method!

    What is the difference between each layer? Half an inch?

    • @florencewadley
      @florencewadley  4 года назад +2

      Yes I would say so about 1/2 inch will do the trick!
