And I wanted more than I could steal
I'll arrest myself, I'll wear a shield
I'll go out of my way to prove I still
Smell her on you
Don't tell me what I wanna hear
Afraid of never knowing fear
Experience anything you need
I'll keep fighting jealousy
Until it's fucking gone
I've got this friend, you see who makes me feel and I
Wanted more than I could steal
I'll arrest myself, I'll wear a shield
I'll go out of my way to prove I still
Smell her on you
Truth covered insecurity
I can't let you smother me
I'd like to but it couldn't work
Trading off and taking turns
Don't regret a thing
And I've got this friend, you see who makes me feel
And I wanted more than I could steal
I'll arrest myself, I'll wear a shield
I'll go out of my way to make you a deal
We'll make a pact to learn from who
Ever we want without new rules
And we'll share what's lost and what we grew
They'll go out of their way to prove they still
Smell her on you
They still smell her on you
Smell her on you
~Abenk Cobain~

(Lyrics):
Truth, covered in security
I can't let you smother me
I'd like to but it wouldn't work
Trading off and taking turns
I don't regret a thing
And I've got this friend, you see
Who makes me feel and I
Wanted more than I could steal
I'll arrest myself, I'll wear a shield
I'll go out of my way to prove I still
Smell her on you
Don't tell me what I wanna hear
Afraid of never knowing fear
Experience anything you need
I'll keep fighting jealousy
Until it's fucking gone
And I've got this friend, you see
Who makes me feel and I
Wanted more than I could steal
I'll arrest myself, I'll wear a shield
I'll go out of my way to prove I still
Smell her on you
Truth, covered in security
I can't let you smother me
I'd like to but it couldn't work
Trading off and taking turns
I don't regret a thing
And I've got this friend, you see
Who makes me feel and I
Wanted more than I could steal
I'll arrest myself, I'll wear a shield
I'll go out of my way to make you a deal
We'll make a pact to learn from who
Ever we want without new rules
And we'll share what's lost and what we grew
They'll go out of their way
To prove they still
Smell her on you
They still
Smell her on you [2x]
Love the energy that comes with this song...... we miss you kurt!!!
My favorite song ❤❤❤❤
Definitely
one of the best song on the album
Younger generations don't get to experience the moment of hearing this song for the first time, before Nirvana blew up, amidst the context of Motley Crue, Trixter, etc., etc., this song hit SO different than what was on the radio, MTV (before Teen Spirit blew up)...It was a revelation.
the most criminally underrated song in the album
Im nine and love Nirvana RIP kurt
Best song of nirvana
Best Nirvana song in my opinion. Builds up.
A whole generation really misses Kurt
And Nirvana in general. Krist were amazing in interviews, and Dave was great too.
Kurt need justice. AmericanSpyFox YT channel has amazing Nirvana series trying to get that for him, and for the whole generation that needs the truth.
I wonder how Kurt would feel about me being reminded that I miss him because of youtube's algorithms 😂
@@blitheringrando1410 I was thinking the exact same thing when I got this notification.
Nevermind is simply a great album
I love this song and Drain You. Always had these ones on repeat
Me too, my favourite songs on the album. They go hand in hand like a double act.
The bass intro is so awesome 😎
That bass intro!❤️
