Hey there, currently trying to remove my reservoir so I can replace the pump but I am having issues with that one bolt in the tight spot. What tools did you use to get that one out
If U don’t mind working in a little tighter space u can take the 10mm bolts around the splash shield for the bumper cover to the fender liner and body on the passenger side and just gently peel down that shield enough to get your hands up in there. Unplugging the low washer fluid sensor connection helps as well, just like the pump itself has a little push tab to disconnect. Is a real easy repair if U are mechanically inclined. I just checked my Aunt’s ‘19 today for power and ground with a PowerProbe, have what’s supposed to be an OE part on order from Amazon for $27-ish. If U buy from the dealer it looks like it is significantly less to buy from Kia than Hyundai. P/N 98510-2J500
Thank You!
