Its great that you do videos for people even after not doing candles anymore i found your videos a few months ago i have not tried yet however i do plant on trying to make candles i love them and buy a lot wished i had known where to buy your candles online.
Thank you for this tutorial; it's so helpful. I'm curious how you clean your pot afterward and especially so that the scent from the previous batch is not carried over to the next batch, when using a different scent. Thanks again! :)
Hi! So because you used that type of wax, you don't have to mix in any sort of "carrier" oil, is that correct? I'm bran new and would like to start making my own wax melts and get away from the ones I purchase.
Hello.Im thinking about to start making a candles. How safe is to use a dry flowers into candle melts or drop them into a wax after placed into the container.Thank You❤
The link you provided for the wax, they are all out and is unavailable. What other wax would you recommend that is clean and safe that will hold good scent? I am brand new to this and just starting to making melts, so sorry for the stupid question 😅 I am walking away from plug-ins and looking for a clean/safe/healthy way of making my home smell great. Thank you! 💯🙌
Hi! I am new with wax melts! So thank you so much for making this Tutorial!! I tried to look at your website but it wasn’t working?! Do you still sell candles and melts and stuff?
I'm tired of buying the wax melts and finding it hard to find something my nose likes. Also, tired of when I do actually find a smell I like, the aroma is weak and doesn't last very long. (A day or 2, tops) I want to make my own...baby powder scent. (Love the smell!) Maybe I'm using the wrong warmer? I use the coffee mug warmer. Please tell me if I've been doing it wrong all these years! My questions: Can I add more fragrance oil to the wax for a stronger, longer lasting aroma? If not, could you please elaborate why?
This is late but for that specific wax, I’d use 1.6 oz of fragrance. If you are looking for a stronger one that will last longer, I’d use Pillar of Bliss Wax (26.4 oz) and 3.6oz of fragrance. As for why and why not for adding more oil, it just depends on the wax. Sometimes adding too much oil will ruin the quality of the wax, how fast and how slow it will take for it to melt, and if it’s too pungent.
I love candle science. They have a selection of amazing scents! ❤️
