great video! Does changing the batteries on the old fob key desync the fob from the car? Or is it safe to do change the batteries without having to worry about resyncing?

Only if the fob looks exactly like this.. if not, you need to buy one that matches your style. There are several different fobs used by mercedes.

Is there an updated link available that sells the exact one you show in this video? I mean the updated one with red triangle the MB logo and 2 batteries? Most all the ones on eBay have 1 battery or plain w/no logo

Where can I get a new control board for my key fob the lock button won’t lock
@biancalynae1801 Ebay, Amazon, or the dealer.. but will have to be programed to you car at dealership or someone capable of doing it.
Will this work with a 03 fob?
If it's the same exact key as shown.. otherwise you need to find one that is compatible with yours.. mercedes used many different style key fobs.
