1:13 Not a fact, fun or otherwise. "In the United States, it was retitled 'Bang a Gong (Get It On)' to avoid confusion with a song of the same name by the group Chase."
In today's woke society these songs would be pointed out. Back in the 70's we didn't look for reasons to put down something like they do now (2020's). We just enjoyed the lyrics and how they made us feel and now remember growing up. Both with good memories and sad ones. The people of today need to get lives and quit putting down something because YOU don't like something and that means everyone has to, also.
I am not a fan of miracles. It's a catchy tune but not that great and all but the album it appears on, Red Octopus, Sucks. I recently found a copy of it at a Thrift Store and I thought hey, "Jefferson Star Ship" Great band. So I bought it along with a couple of other albums. When I got home and played the Album I was shocked at how bad it was. In fact, it would have to improve to be bad. And Miracles itself is highly over rated. In fact, it make We Built this City sound like Boehieman Rhapsody in Comparison.
Terry jack seasons in the sun. Ticking Elton John. Just when I needed you most Randy van Warmer.
I don't know who makes this . I grewup then no they weren't prohibitive .
Remember growing up in the 60s and 70s we just understood the music and didn't worry about the meaning of the lyrics.
