Good video, thank you for posting. Looks like this bike is exactly what it should be. Nimble for off road/trails/traffic/parking but still capable of travelling at most legal highway speed limits. I think some reviewers have a big problem comparing bikes in the middle weight category. They tend to focus on one or the other extreme rather than looking at the bike as a whole. Sure there are faster bikes on the highway, and there a better bikes on the dirt but they don't compare them as a total package. I think this is why we have such a large gap in middleweight bikes... and then there is the very approachable seat height on the MT. I will definitely be checking this out when it hits dealers in the US. And if nothing else maybe it will encourage other manufacturers to enter back into the lower side of the middleweight bike class again.

I thank you for your comment!
MT450 is the best middle displacement adv in China by far, and giving my modest experience I can’t claim that it would be the best small to middle adv bikes overall, but the more I ride it the more I fall in love with it! It’s literally perfect for everything I like to do on a motorcycle, and a few days ago I started to learn wheelies, and it’s so nice for that! One more thing to say is that it doesn’t feel like small displacement bike, it feels quite powerful and super fun, especially in a city like mine. I can’t wait to see what you will have to say once it’s available in US!

I'm truly impressed by the acceleration, though it comes with a common trade-off among torquey adventure bikes-limited top-end speed. Yet, such a choice is inevitable. Initially, I was inclined to express disappointment over the top speed, but then I had an epiphany: if exceeding 130 kph on my adventure bike means sacrificing the enjoyment of the scenic journey, perhaps it's time to reconsider my priorities in life.

I will say that mt450 is a great bike for pretty much everything! It’s not the fastest motorcycle obviously, but the amount of joy you have with it is amazing. You can still make it better for high speed by changing the front fender, and the windshield, but I mostly ride in a city, and I can’t get enough, and the price of mt450 in China is 4400$. Those inconsistent top speeds could be caused by traction control intervening. Also, that highway performance could be due to the dual sport tires. Road tires might make it perform better on the highway.

I don't know if this is true, but an offroad fender (higher and a little bit wider) may make your bike feel weird on big wind, just like a dual sport helmet, the wind will blow your head off to the side or upper. 450mt he drove is using offroad fender, maybe it's the reason he feel weird at the front of the bike.

    1) Why is the reason you feel the handle bars feeling loose at high speed? Is that related to the chassis? Suspension adjustment? The size of the wheel 21 inches and or width?
    2) Do you think by re mapping the engine/ECU? the engine can gain on power to accelerate and or reach higher speeds, and or even eliminate some vibrations at higher speed?

I think the reason why it felt so is the very light weight of the front end, and definitely coz I had an off road front fender! You can change it and it should be much better, other factors such as a front wheel could have add up to it as well

NK 450 is an awesome bike! The best bike for a city in my opinion, amazing acceleration, exceptionally maneuverable, great gearbox, the best sound and performance in the class! I’ve almost bought it 2 weeks ago, but found a great deal for 800nk! You will not be disappointed, the only single thing I didn’t love is the seat, it’s rubbing my butt once I ride for over an hour 😂. BTW I rode an nk450 the other day with 12000 km on it, and the bike didn’t have any issues. So reliability is on point!

Honestly I don’t know whether they will release 700mt or not, but I think they will keep on releasing new adv bikes for sure, and by now I love every single adv from them that I rode✊.

Hello sir, may I ask, is the cfmoto 650GT are rare even in China? it really hard to find aftermarket parts for this model, even the workshop manual is non existent. Thank you

Hi! I checked and there are 5 650gt for sale in my city, they aren’t the most common bikes, but you can still find them no problem! And I don’t think it’s a problem to find parts for it here as well

      @MauriceMorjane 10 месяцев назад

Euro5 legislation in Europe dropped 2hp and 3nm to keep the bike at 150kmh.
But some guy rode it at 170kmh in Greece so don’t know 😅

If 150 is the limit, how could I get to 159km/h🤔 but it makes sense, given that you can’t go that fast on a bike in China.
Appreciate it! Thanks for watching 🤜🤛

Wow, strong words… “best Chinese adventure bike” … I guess I need to go try it… just sold my Benda V4 😁, need something offroady, as I often catch myself unable to explore some of the nice mountain roads I find in China with my 800nk…

I think it’s the best bike for the job) I’ve just sold my nk800, miss it so much, probably will by another one soon! I’m about to review Zontes 703f which is an adv bike, but I think it’s to heavy to feel as good as 450mt

@@eddywave3315 yea, that’s actually my biggest problem with adventure bikes… I hate heavy motorcycles! Also selling my 800nk now… the new one already has traction control by the way! For now I will get the 450mt and wait for the release of 990 Duke to replace my NK. Hoping it won’t be too expensive here in China!🤞You should come by my Hengfeng village sometimes for a ride! We have the most awesome mountain roads here for riding and almost no traffic.
