      funny that despite all the cellphone videos and slow motions the idiotic people still claim that khabib even hit anything on dillon, didnt run away instantly and that dillon was yelling something which provoked khabib into jumping out.
      its very simple so lets look back at it. khabib taps conor and starts yelling at danis. his dagestani manager comes around and shoves danis. danis doesnt even pay any attention to him. khabib being an overemotional primadona couldnt handle his own ego and attacked danis for no reason, didnt land anything, got smacked twice and then hid behind the security. okay no big deal. then those 2 smelly rats come and suckerpunch danis from behind. both of them. security breaks it up and at that point its over.
      now what happened in the cage? conor tried to jump out. the security stopped him. khabibs cousin jumps on the fence and pulls conors leg in, conor sees a free target on the enemy team members face who already touched him and isnt even backturned on him. conor smacks him hard twice. the 2 get separated. then the little guy zubaira who was supposed to fight artem comes in, sees the cut on the cousins face and tries to run around and sucker conor. they hit each other and get separated instantly. then that redshirt bitch comes in and starts suckerpunching conor to the back of the head, conor being smart with brawls moves back against the cage to see all potential threats and the 2 get separated. then khabibs cousin comes back trying to sucker conor, conor slips the left n smacks him on the jaw down the pipe, they clinch up and the guy starts throwing armpunches to the body. the type of punches dudes throw in the clinch just to score points. thats were it ends. make up what you want of this but if you're gonna tell me that khabib and his buddies are innocent or that conor threw the first punch or whatever just go fuck yourself. this is not a kindergarden

    Ya but Chael the first guy Conor punched was NOT the aggressor towards him, he was trying to get to Khabib, Conor can't know that in the moment of havok, fair enough, but he definitely wasn't the victim. For sure there was a lot of chaos, the fact that you were there and still missed some things supports how chaotic it was. As we have the benefit of more and more footage arising from the aftermath, the details will become more clear. Also, Dana saying that bc they had a ton of security he couldn't have done more to prevent it. That's just not true. It's a very simplistic, shallow view to suggest that after allowing Conor and his team to continually cross real lines, and enabling him to engineer that atmosphere, and then having extra security to sanitize the event was all he could do. If Khabib is stripped this is number one bullshit. So whoever "we" that will demand it is, I don't feel the majority of fans are part of that "we," myself included. No one is piling on Khabib from what I've seen. Khabib beats Ferguson next. Then he can take out that "marijuana guy," Nate Diaz, if Nate actually wants that fight. Wonder if Nate is still gonna be selling that bs that he slapped Khabib lol! Let's how real Nate really is! Don't be scared homie lol!

    • @cole590
      @cole590 4 года назад +1

      I highly doubt khabibs corner men (who was his cousin if im not mistaken) was running to get khabib. I'd bet anything he was rushing to join in and help khabib. DC has talked about how khabibs boys are willing to go to war over him, almost jumping on DC himself when they thought he hurt khabib. Whatever the intention was, the brunt of blame lies squarely on khabib. Im not sure what "real lines" conor and his team crossed that went unpunished your referring to. The bus attack, Conor was arrested and convicted. The trash talk, well i agree Conor did say some very despicable things and seemed unhinged instead of the witty charismatic trash talker that shot to the top but as Dana White says (and i cant believe I'm agreeing with that D-bag) "It's the fight business. Guys say mean things to each other". In America there is such a thing called free speech. People who say the UFC should made Conor tone it down sound like the communist SJW democrats that want everything they disagree with silenced. Conor didnt act like a professional and was punished. Khabib also didnt act like a professional and was punished. Khabib initiated the entire sequence so his punishment was harsher. Conor saying mean things about his family, religion, and country did not justify him jumping into the crowd attacking DILLON DANIS. He had already beat Conor up for the shit he talked. Khabib let his emotions get the better of him and he got punished.

    The only thing about your opinion about Conor punching Khabib's brother is that the brother didn't jump on the fence to fight Conor, or anyone. The brother was trying to get to Khabib to stop him from fighting on the outside of the octagon. If you watch the footage, the brother jumps on the cage and isn't even paying attention to Conor, and Conor just starts throwing shots at him.

    • @1sunee2
      @1sunee2 5 лет назад +1

      @iwannatalktosampson 5 лет назад +8

      @Nicholas Rey That's completely true. However, you could plainly see he wasn't trying to hit Conor. But, what did Conor do? Conor hit him multiple times without knowing what his intentions were. Either way, Conor was the aggressor in that situation, and he was wrong for doing what he did. That's probably why he didn't want to press charges on the others. If he pressed charges, they would've pressed charges on him for that, and that would've been his 2nd instance of assault within 12 months within the U.S..

      Please use your common sense, we all saw it on video and we all know video does not lie, it may not tell the full story but it does not lie. Khabib got up and jumped the fence and immediately threw a flying kick towards Dillon, Dillon hits him twice and Khabib cowers away and two other guys from Khabibs team start hitting Dillion in the back of the head (they are good at that) while security is restraining him, it then jumps back to the octagon and climbing the fence and hits the guy. Clearly Khabibs team jumping one of Conors corner men is starting the fight not Conor getting involved.

      Actually ,well, guy who charged at Connor and got punched , his name is Zubairah Tugukohov (or Tukhugov) or something like that. This is what I gather from his posts and videos:
      1) Connor made some some racial comments regarding him before fight
      2) “The cousin” (who is nota cousin) released a post saying that he ll make Connor answer for his words
      3) In a video after the post-fight melee he is actually not showing where Connor punched him but instead saying “look at my face - it’s clean - no bruises - Connor’s punch missed me. I promised to punish Connor , and being a man I am I delivered on that promise” - while it is clearly seen on video that Connor managed to land a good straight left on him :)
      It is also not very clear - how exactly being wobbled by Connor and then quitting all further attempts to attack him counts as a punishment :))

    I disagree with you on certain aspects of Khabib's out of character aggression. If many people can vouch for Khabib's personality and general good standing behaviour in society, we can certainly say he isn't an 'aggressor' seeking to create volatile situations. He certainly didn't demonstrate restraint on fight night and ruined his glory with a very bad decision. In comparison to Conor, what would people describe him as? What would be his personal character description? What is his demeanor? I've enjoyed the showmanship Conor has shown in the past, he does entertain the crowds, having said that there are numerous times when you think why does he go to far over and over again! With the Khabib situation, he took his verbal abuse to another level...
    Khabib has a different mentality, different culture and certainly different rules of ethics as such this needs to be taken into consideration. This does not mean we should now become defensive, but it certainly means we must take a holistic approach and not a double standard approach.
    How is it that we are down playing the months of verbal and mental abuse he was subject to? What sort of world do you live in where this level of verbal abuse is legitimate? How pathetic of people to reduce this to claims of it is only trash talking. Trash talking?!
    When trash talking become a down-right verbal abuse marathon whereby religious political cultural boundaries are crossed and where someone's family is drawn into the a private affair and your integrity and way of life is ridiculed publicly for an international audience seeking monetary profits without any repercussions and without someone's consent, there has to be a change in promotional work or we will see other outbursts like this over and over again.
    Khabib shouldn't of physically responded to the despicable verbal abuse he received from the other team members of Conor's backbench. It was wrong, we all know two wrongs do not make it a right. It was an excellent example of poor decision making and just how human we really are and how much Conor does not respect other ways of living. It was stupid of Khabib to have behaved so, but it is understandable. Any action authorities and commissioners take should be within the greater context of what was going on in and outside Khabib's mind. There are many people are rationalising Khabib's melee response because it is simply that, it was logical, rational and understandable under the circumstances but not befitting of a professional fighter and ultimately it is assault. These are things no society should accept, but this goes hand in hand with the relentless verbal abuse. Both actions are disgraceful. Why are are taking a blind eye in assessing how Conor and his team communicated as a primary instigation? And don't forget, with respect to what has happened lets take note, Conor nor Khabib cannot be held responsible for their team mates behaviours, don't conflate their issues with Conor or Khabib.
    Don't forget Conor clearly assaulted someone first in this melee. He threw two punches at someone before he was jumped. He brought that beating on him. He should of kept safe in the arms of security. His assault was the 'shocking moment'.
    However, this 'bad action' of Khabib you keep referring to makes me think how does it fare to how Conor has behaved in the past? This man behaves with no respect for anyone. Has his atrocious mob attack on innocent people in the bus resulting in hospitalisation received the same condemnation with calls for superior repercussions? He flew from another country to assault people... What about Conor's crazy ring storm in bellator where he climbed the octagon ring, breaking all of Bellators rules and then shockingly proceeded to physically assault the referee in front of a sellout arena? Children were watching their 'role model' plant punches on an innocent bystanding referee... Who on earth strikes a two punch combination on a referee after a fight you are not involved in at all? Remember when Conor tried his best to attack Jose Aldo by getting out the octagon?

    You should have reviewed all the videos being circulated all over the net before you start mouthing your platitudes in support of Conor. He did not "change his mind and come back to the Octagon." He was prevented by a security guy (in red coat) from going over but while atop the cage, he managed to give a straight left to one of Khabib's cornerman (identified later as Abubakar) who was also trying to go over the fence while looking at what was happening with the champion. While Khabib started the melee outside the cage, Conor's unprovoked strike started the altercation inside the Octagon. The guy in red jumping over and striking Conor from behind was a consequence of Conor's action. As someone who's pretending to be a balanced commentator, you Mr. Sonnen, should take time to gather your reference materials better. Just being glib is not enough.

    I was agreeing with you up until 2:40, Connor didn't get back into the octagon because he thought about it and realized he was going to do something wrong. He straddled the cage like you said then whilst on the cage, proceeded to punch whoever that was on top of the cage then SEEMS like he was pulled down by his corner. Then moments afterwards threw a shot that landed at Kabib's cousin.

    The reason why Khabib shouldn't be judged for jumping into the crowd to go after Dillon is that Conor has done the same going after Aldo. And there is clear video evidence of Conor throwing the first punch at Khabib's teammate while they were both trying to climb over the wall of the octagon and of course he punched back. That's when the other members of Khabib's team jumped in.

    True insights, to be sure. Fortunately for him, most, if not all of Khabib's trainers and crew will be so loyal and sympathetic that they will likely be extremely patient, to say the least, in regard to any withholding of payment etc.
    This all goes so much deeper than any financial matters for all of these lads.
    The bottom line is, exactly as Khabib stated in his post-fight statement at the media conference, racism and religion and family members and the like are sacred ground, so to speak, and should not be addressed by fighters opponents in 'trash-talking' and the hyping of fights. This is an international sport, and the cultures, ethnicity, and faith of any and every fighter should be respected at all times, period. To even need to confirm the matter at all is ridiculous, let alone the poor, classless, and atrocious form of an individual, or individuals, having crossed such lines.

In any other situation we use our logic to asses who started the fight i would definitely say the guy who started it was the guy who threw a flying kick, the first act of aggression over the guy who was sitting on the floor when this happened. If you want to get real technical about it and say "i said punch not kick" Dilon was getting hit in the back of the head by two other guys on Khabibs team before Conor even got up off the floor.

    • @hometruthshomie8688
      @hometruthshomie8688 5 лет назад

      +DeNy HiliPower - Khabib jumping over the fence and going after Danis is the reason why his brother got punched. Clearly, you have never been in the madness of a full out gang fight, riot or melee. I have. A lot of the time innocent bystanders get mistaken and punched, just for being in or around the scene of the incident. Plus people's judgement's are impaired, esp. McGregor who got soundly beaten for 4 rounds. Therefore, he was likely impaired. However, no one knows for sure or the intent of Khabib's brother in all this. I think that Conor may have caught glimpse of Khabib's brother in the corner of his line and felt isolated because he was also being held back. To Conor it probably appeared that Khabib's brother was going in to back up Khabib against Danis so Danis be outnumbered. The frustration of that and just being hurt, beaten, plus being held back most likely made him lash out, as in a fight or flight response. Clearly he could not flee as he was also being held back so he reacted by fighting. It is a natural response to the situation he was in, all kick started by Khabib. If Khabib had not had that melt down and jumped the fence then none of this would have happened PERIOD. Therefore, even thou Conor was directly responsible for punching Khabib's brother, it was indirectly caused by Khabib and his actions. You cannot go blaming Conor for something Khabib started.
