What happens if find yourself in situation where you have to some pages in a different numbering scheme, say a technical document for example, you have to not count the first page, cover page, then executive summary has to be in roman figures for example, then you have a content/ bibliography page then you start counting using your ordinary numbers (1,2,3...) from your introduction and so on
I have page numbers on a document but for whatever reason, the page numbers start over in the middle of the document or they go something along the lines of "6,4,5,6,6" etc... From what I can find, it seems like the section breaks are somehow impacting this? I am not as proficient in Word as I thought I was.

When i give page No. It put at footer page(page/*merge format so how i correct it
