Just so you guys know, pressing "update entire table" will get rid of any formatting, so don't format it (bold, italics, indentation) until you've got all your headings how you like them.

is there an option to automatically put headers in the contents, when you already made a few headings (with distinct fonts and size) but never clicked on the headers button?
