I use 3BTG whenever I run the heavy LSHZ, which I usually use on streets since audio on that map is utterly cooked and you're never hearing somebody beyond like 30 meters anyways
Great video as always! I just wanted to make a quick argument for L1. My buddy and I call it the "mini mule" because it gives +20 strength, which increases your weight limit by a little over 6 kilos. It also gives +10 endurance and +30 max stamina and a painkiller effect, which gives it one admittedly quite niche use case: Let's say you were in a pretty big fight and have a bunch a great loot which takes you over the point where you still regenerate stamina while walking. You could optimize your weight by dropping some stuff, unloading mags etc., but if either everything you have is pretty valuable so you don't really want to drop anything or you don't have the time to unload a bunch of 60 rounders, then L1 is absolutely perfect in these situations. It's extremely cheap, usually around 25k, and while it doesn't directly increase stamina regen, the +10 endurance does increase it a little bit and the +30 max stamina on top do noticeably increase your stamina POOL, so you can pop it, wait a few seconds to get regenerate to your new stamina maximum, and then book it to extract. The +20 strength allow you to still regenerate while walking, make you move a little faster overall, the bigger pool allows you to sprint for a little longer before having to walk, the +10 endurance also increase the regeneration (and the pool) a little, and you're also painkillered for the duration as a nice little bonus, saving you a goldenstar/ibu charge. So it all works really nicely together for those "done looting, time to book it to extract - ah damn i'm a bit overweight" moments. It costs only 25k, and it allows you to take let's say an extra helmet that you otherwise would have had to drop for weight reasons. Let's say a Bastion, that's I think about 60k at a vendor, so you just made 35k profit on top of the utility of the increased stats. Or let's say you otherwise would have had to pop a MULE instead, which is ~150k these days, so you even made 125k profit! The 2 minute duration is a little bit short, personally I would like to see that increased to 2.5 or 3 minutes, but you can make it work if you're mindful about it and plan accordingly. Depends a little on the map of course.
Sj1s and L1s are great as cheap mini mules. Your loaded up 60KG and 2 mins away from extract, cracking 1 giving you the slight edge on strength allowing you to walk without losing stamina.
3-(b-TG) is good if you are going on a loot speed run. The attention skill helps you search faster when in bags, boxes, bodies, or cabinets. The perception also helps you detect loot at longer distances. If your attention is already 20+, the extra 30 that the stim gives you pretty much maxes out your attention which allows you also instant search a container.
SJ1 isn’t useless by any means. The massive increase to Strength and Endurance will give your PMC noticeably increased movement speed and jump height if your skill levels aren’t very high. I often use it as a way to close gaps and bound cover when I’m stuck out in the open or as a way to increase my jump height if my strength isn’t high enough to make certain skill jumps or to get into a cheeky angle. I also very often see “Rat Content Creators” use SJ1 to get into their sneaky spots like trees, raised corners, or the balconies on Streets.
I just want to add that the surgery buff from eTG is another great reason to pop eTG over prop after a fight. If you have multiple limbs you need to repair you go from getting 20-30 hp back to 40-50 hp back. It's massive. I usually pop one if I get jacked up early in raid so I can continue onward and not have to push a reset extraction.
I would just use SJ6 the Trimidol really eats away at your energy and hydration, I dont think its worth popping for that even if i bring extra food and water to compensate for it@@jadonlimoges1830
For the Carry Capacity Stims, Obdolbos 2 actually gives you a lot more then just 45% Weight Limit and is better then Mule, cause it also boosts your Strength for 20 for the Duration.. But Trimadol + SJ6 is also a great Combo if you dont want one of the other ones.
early wipe I like to use the L1 if I find one as a budget MULE. If gives strength and endurance and max stamina. It wont help if you are deep in the red, but if you are just a few kilos past the point of regening when walking but you also dont wanna drop anything cause its early in the wipe and you need everything you can get, then its often a good way to get out alot faster, without spending 120k rubles on a stim

You really missed a huge opportunity to talk about the single most important stim sj12. It has a perception buff, massive in fact, that with any decent coms you can hear anything moving across the map hundreds of meters from you, especially with com 4. Seriously, slam this med, and you instantly hear the map come alive and no one, excluding speed hackers can come up on you without your knowledge. Sure it's expensive, but what's 60k to have knowledge of everything for 10 mins
There was also some discussion I saw somewhere where obdolbos 2 sometimes kills you instantly outright on the spot after popping it, and the fear of this happening has made me stick to the M.U.L.E
I still don’t get why i’d use stims outside of trying to farm rouges first, fights just don’t last that long, AI some scav with m80 two taps me every raid recently
When they do last longer and they do if you have decent gear, they make a big difference. Healing passively, removing pain which is now more important as they killed premedication will increase your uptime because you don't have to heal yourself and can spend this time shooting the enemy or moving. Also imagine you have two heavy bleeds and some light bleeds, a zagustin takes care of all of them in one click.
It's all about increasing survivability in marginal increments. Anything to give yourself a bit of an edge over the other guy, and they can add up pretty quickly if you are smart about it
This is why you have the injector case. It's not like you're using all your emergency stims all the time, just when you need them. Plenty of these stims will save your life via saving you time when they're applicable.

yo this is a super nice video
I actually hate the new PK and I never found the old effect bad at all
Thank you for explaining this so stupid people like me can understand it 100% 😋
its 13.9 btw
There was also some discussion I saw somewhere where obdolbos 2 sometimes kills you instantly outright on the spot after popping it, and the fear of this happening has made me stick to the M.U.L.E
Isnt it obdolbos 1 ? Thought obd2 was safe
Only obd1 insta kills, 25% chance. Obd2 is safe.
oh, okay@@xXxNECROMONGERxXx

Stims should be removed in a "hardcore realistic" game
Don't make my adrenaline expensive! Why gigabeef!?!
Adrenaline's benefits this wipe have been no secret. You should be okay lol
Also imagine you have two heavy bleeds and some light bleeds, a zagustin takes care of all of them in one click.
when your legs are black
It's all about increasing survivability in marginal increments. Anything to give yourself a bit of an edge over the other guy, and they can add up pretty quickly if you are smart about it
This is why you have the injector case. It's not like you're using all your emergency stims all the time, just when you need them. Plenty of these stims will save your life via saving you time when they're applicable.
20 minute video? For which stim to use? lol
Maybe not the game for you
it’s a complex game 🤣
Have an attention span longer than 30 seconds please
for real. how dare someone make an in-depth video about something the vast majority of a game's playerbase uses
I enjoyed all 20 minutes.
