I am a data scientist and my advice is to not listen to the idiots who are laughing at you in these comments. There are tons of application for data scientists in the psychology realm. I recommend getting a basic python skills using either Tensorflow or PyTorch framework and learn how to pick and analyze data sets. Wish you the best!
