When we say we are stuck, it has to do with samana, unproccesed emotions, thoughts or in other words not understood, soo its about understanding, seeing. The fire which gives light.
Hi Laura, I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful work you do. I find your resources and videos better than anything else on youtube. I am a yoga teacher and your videos have helped to reinforce the teachings related to anatomy and yoga philosophy in a way that is so clear and enjoyable. You are a true gift. Blessings to you.
thank you Amy! I love teaching yoga & I put a lot of time into my videos so that I can share information with others- as it has been very helpful to me living in an area with limited yoga, but having access to teachers all over the world online!
Thank you. I would translate the vayu as process, I know it means air, wind, and that is why its connected to it, because air is movement, process is movement. Process of taking in, then process of assimilation, processing, then when processed we let go, or distribute the energy all over our body

Samana vayu most important process.
You aree sooooooo beautiful by god's grace 😩😩😩
Interesting that the most visible signs of imbalance in people, alcoholic liver and abdominal fat, both show up in this samana area of balance.
Thank you
You're welcome
