Maybe in about 40-50 days I should have some yummy organic green onions fresh from the ole backyard !! I'll be eating this everyday for months !

With the cost of regular food, I want to save where I can. I love bread but am tired of throwing it out. Been trying out different naans. What I really want to master is Trini roti with split peas. The woman that cooked meals for people asked me if I want to try it and from the very first bite was hooked! My next order was three times as large...lol. She was going to teach me and I never made the time and not long after I found out she was in the hospital. She was feeling bad and when they opened her up, she was full of cancer. She never came home. I still think about her 25 years later. I've tried Trini myself but it just doesn't taste the same. I'm going to have to grow my own culantro. I cannot find it anywhere. Only in seed form.

My dough needed a little bit more moisture so I just sprinkled some water over it while I was kneading it to get it to look like the videos version.
