    LOSE WEIGHT WHILE EATING CAKE ❗ FLOUR-FREE, SUGAR-FREE, FAT-FREE | HEALTHY PASTRY | FIT, DIET, OAT RECIPES
    Ingredients:
    -2 small bananas
    -1.5 or 2 water glass oatmeal (Add it in a controlled manner,
    so that the cake mixture is not too thick)
    -2 tablespoons cocoa
    -3 tablespoons honey
    -3 tablespoons peanut butter
    -1 tablespoon tahini
    For the top cream:
    -3 tablespoons cream cheese
    -2 tablespoons honey
    Preparation:
    In a large bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well until it is homogeneous.
    Pour into a small baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Note: You can put some butter on my baking tray to make it easier to place the baking paper. Or you can wet the tray with water and place the baking paper.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes. The cooking properties of each oven may be different. I recommend you to cook it in a controlled manner.
    For the cream, mix cream cheese and honey until homogeneous.
    After the cake comes out of the oven and cools down, remove the baking paper.
    Spread the cream on the cake.
    Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
    You can sprinkle cocoa on top using a small sieve.
