The way I look at it after getting my natural hair press a couple of times: it's not worth it. You gotta be so careful wit it. Almost in a moisture free bubble. The lease lil moisture destroys the WHOLE process.

I was thinking the same thing from the start of the video. Wow...I love her naturally kinky hair. She has such a pretty face that any hair or no hair would look good on her but seriously the "before" rocked and with the proper product and styling would look even better.

@@michellemcmichael4680 omg I'm still stuck in the 70's 🤣 I was 21 years old when I decided to no longer straighten my hair. I did the big chop and went natural. My daughters never saw my straight hair only in old photos before they were born. I was thinking that could be one of my very special gifts to give her however I do not wish to straighten it after that because I wouldn't know how to maintain it since I've been like this practically all of my life lol. Thank you for this I will find someone where I live to do it. I wish I was in Georgia so I could book an appointment with this beautiful lady. Thank you again I appreciate.

I think it was to get a good cut, no just tu get it straightened. Is easier to cut it straight. I'm sure at the beginning says that she didn't straightened for a long time so it must be to cut it.
Her hair is natural which means no chemicals are added to alter her hair to make her hair straight. My hair is natural like this young lady. Black women may straightened our hair to get our hair trimmed or cut, it makes the hair look even and it's healthy for our hair, but our hair will revert back to our lovely afro 😃.

I usually hate the trim part because i feel they be doing too much but she only cut what was necessary , she didn’t overdo it at all ..the client kept her length plus more volume and body. Perfect!
The cutting is never fave. Especially since it seems like it's needed at every 6wk visit. But this stylist did a great job.

I have been blow drying my hair like this for yearzzzzz. It's way less damaging AND it's actually QUICKER! Why most stylists are still repeatedly brushing through, pulling, and tugging on wet hair is beyond me. Great job love 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😊

@@kafayatoyindamolakareem5687 No. Try the method in the video on DAMP hair, not soaking wet hair. In other words, pat/scunch hair with a hair-friendly towel etc. before blow drying. 😊

Ugh. I WISH the stylists where I live at would care as much as you do about hair. It's either the salons are Dominican (whom don't care about black hair nor health; just in/out so as get as many heads in/out as they can OR black salons where they're unprofessional and unpleasant and you have to deal with attitudes. 🤦♀️
@Raquel truly sorry that you feel that way. I pray that you will pray for the right salon to go to. When I were in business that was the type of services that I have each one of my clients, respect to all of them. On the other hand the ones that were disrespectful I let them go. My thing was treat people the way you wanted to be treated.🙂
