Once a person attended a state capture court case and found not guilty. It clearly indicated something to the civilians, that we cannot trust and rely to our own government. Under the circumstance that in the first instant that particular person or group was named by the a reliable sources whom knew and experienced that indeed that activities took place under their noses and we're tracked and traced to their destinations and also back to the holder in due cause. So we do have reservation not to belief that NPA and other relevant stakeholders will be able to deal with corruption,mismanagement of finances and cold cases regarding serious criminal cases in this country. Only if politicians could be able to distance themselves from the administration and focus on implementation of serious legislation that will be able to resolve these country dilemma

The suspension of the entry level prosecutorial training certainly isn't helping. One of the Candidates who were gunning for the position of National Director of Public Prosecutions has gone to the private sector, he is defending one of the accused in the AKA case. Senior prosecutors at the NPA are leaving for the private sector, meanwhile the NPA is freezing the entry level prosecutorial training programme. The NPA is bleeding out talent and they're not training new entry level prosecutors. We need to prioritise this institution because our criminal justice system depends on it. I still have faith in the NPA but we need to prioritise it.

If u are not sure of the capabilities of your prosecutors to deal or to prosecute complex commercial criminal cases there is a way to overcome that by simply roping in (brief) the advocates that were leading evidence in Zondo commission, i say without the shadow of doubt they did wonders, the laid the corruption, fraud and theft bare for everyone to see and DCJ (as he then was) Zondo agreed with their submissions...Now to overcome that problem take ppl to court lead that same evidence trust me although m a poor layman out of 10 u ll get conviction in 8 cases as the evidence was clear as water. Adv Paul Pretorius SC, Maleka SC, Gcabashe SC, Hofmeyer SC, Notshe SC, Myburgh SC, Soni SC, and any other capable lawyer...Pls excuse that there are no capable prosecutor s doesnt hold water. 2/4/2024

I want to congratulate the head of the NPA for her open and honest sharing of the NPA challenges and achievements. Some people would want to be critical and never give credit where credit is due. In any organization whether public ,private or business bringing about change is never a walk in the park. We appreciate your total dedication to the cause. I would like to see more effort being put into the maintenance courts in upskilling the staff and magistrates. The US who have a hundred fold budget to ours take a longer time to solve high profile cases than ours.Check out the E G Carol vs Donald Trump case and other Trump casesas well as many RICO cases
