- On the show tonight-we are discussing the Gauteng high court's decision to strike from the roll-national assembly speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa Nqakula's urgent bid to block her arrest for corruption.
Judge Sullet Potterill agreed with the state that it would not be competent for her to interdict the arrest. Now this ruling effectively paves the way for the investigative directorate to formally charge her.

I've seen lawyers lose cases with strong cases (with evidence and proof) that will send any defendant straight to prison. In other words, the NPA should be careful and do its job accordingly

Think this law practitioner should go ask back his money from the university where he studied, first flunked question on the exam paper was the interdict failure, so my humble advise on question 2 on the exam paper would be to advise your client to go with you hold her hand and get arrested, pay bail and work from there, then you can expect full marks on your exam paper, court adjured.😮

Clement does well in asking hard hitting question,but very weak when it come to follow and ensuring questions are answered. He ignored many questions but Clements simply moves on,and seems to have no ability to pressing him and ensuring questions are answered.
I think it was clear that the lawyer would not give answers to questions that are relevant obvious. As long as questions were put and answers were given it’s okay. Remember he is pressed for time. The lawyer said “for me to answer I will have to give you the whole night, which I won’t.”
