The submarine hatch failed to open because the codes were wrong, English was the one in charge of the mission documents! It is absolutely his fault! 🤣 He is also so inept with the security that he allows a bomb to be planted at the funeral aka “the most secure location in the whole of England” killing every other agent in MI7! It was his job, his responsibility, therefore he is culpable for their deaths!
So big happiness that all of those movies about Johnny English exists.
