  • 🌟Today let’s talk about the things I wished I knew before I turned 40.
    I talk, among other things, about avoiding injuries, surprising facts about metabolism, fasting and how your brain works. Things you should and shouldn’t do for anyone who’s forty or going to be soon.😉

      I'll put something together at some point, as I made major adjustments to my diet when I've had long Covid complications. But in a nutshell, Mediterranean diet is good, plus I add lots of fermented foods of all kinds: Korean kimchi, Japanese natto, sourkraut, live yoghurt which I make myself and mostly staying away from ultra processed foods and sugar. I say mostly, because I believe you can eat everything once in a while and people who become rigid in their diets miss out on fun in life. :P
