WOW!! 😃 Amazing transformation! I know you went through a lot but girl you are coming out Victorious 💪❤ Thank you for sharing your story and letting yourself be vulnerable like that. Testimonies like that are powerful. Love ya girl ❤❤❤
Great job mama! You look amazing and you emotionally look happy as well. I’m an older mom. I’m 45 years old with my youngest being six years old and last July I gave myself a goal to lose the last 16 pounds of so-called baby weight. It was the hardest thing to do because I have three kids, and there’s so much crap food all around the house And so many temptations but I did it nice and slow the healthy way I change the way I ate. I ran five days a week and did my workout ropes in the backyard…. ropes kicked my ass, but that’s the only thing that really tightened up my arms and my stomach. It’s been one year and I still kept off the weight. I’m so proud of myself and mentally I’m finally feel like I’m back to my normal self. with my first child I gained 100 pounds and I’m only 5’2. Keep up the great work and dont be hard on yourself for a cheat day here and there, you mentally need those or else diets dont work. I eat healthy five days a week and then on Fridays and Saturdays I treat myself to some pizza or a burritos, etc..
