- Cake parfait or Cake in a jar are easy go-to treats that you can make for your customers as a baker. Here in Nigeria, it's one of our quick treats.
Cake parfaits are very easy to make as well and as long as you are Creative and have access to the right resources, you can't go wrong with this.

Sorry to hear Gertrude, you can try changing the whipped cream product, your method of preparing it, stopping adding of milk if you are or storing right by freezing, not refrigerating if you are.

I wouldn't say it's a must but it's a better filling than Buttercream because of it's light and creamy taste and texture.

Wanted to start selling parfait but because I do not have a fridge in my shop I couldn't because of the fear of it going bad. Please I need your feedback on the this. You're most welcome. Depends on how long this will be and the type of fillings used. Would suggest making them close to the delivery time and advising your customers ahead of delivery to refrigerate or chill before consumption. This is one way around it.

Hello Ukamaka. Not too sure as whipped cream is commonly used but I believe SMBC should work and some use yoghurt as well.

Ah, you don't have a problem oh!🙏🏼
What you do is to freeze the parfait before delivery if you can. Else, just use my whipped cream recipe. Another thing is to deliver early enough before the weather becomes hot and let them deliver directly to the customer.
