This is a great plan for a little no waste snack for sure but have you thought about getting some cake strips. They prevent the cakes from domeing and crispy edges. Just a suggestion. Love the finished product 😊

Yours look moist, I bought one for reference at a fair and they said they use scraps and it was so dry. I wouldn’t buy one again this way
