Liquid version is usually less stable except with the presence of cold dissolved gelatin in the composition , and it’s more preferred to use in your cake recipes and desserts recipes Powdered on the other hand has been tailored to be stable once the whipping process is strictly followed and it’s better used when decorating a proper cake
Hello coach, thank you for this. But how do you scale up ..if you say want to do 1kg whip cream for both methods ..room tep is it 1:2 and chilled is less 150g or how ?..thank u
This is my very first time watching ur video on RUclips and I must say u are the best for sharing dis recipe free of charge ❤ I don rush subscribe ooo cos I don’t want to miss any other yummy recipe from you God bless you
WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS REALLYWILL HELP PLEASE COVERING A CAKE WITH THE ROOM TEMPT WHIPCREAM AND PRESERVING IT FOR THE NEXTDAY IN THE FRIDGE WILL IT HAVE AN ISSUE ON THE CAKE
You are most welcome 🙏 Yes freezer is the best storage pattern for either of the options ….. just use a clear wrap To cover the leftover and pop in the freezer and use your hand mixer to get it to a spreadable or pipeable consistency when you need it again
Thank you very much ma for teaching. It is very detailed. The room temperature whipped cream can it be placed in the freezer after using it to decorate a cake
Yes, definitely the only reason it’s whipped with room temperature water is just for convenience. The mode of preserving it to maintain stability remains same❤️❤️
Thank you so much Ma for sharing this recipe, you’ve really blessed me. Please I’ll like to ask, concerning the 2nd recipe with the room temperature water, can the cake be put into the freezer after decorating?
You’re welcome…. Yes the best way to keep the cake fresh and in shape Is still with the chilling , using room Temperature water to prepare the cream just makes it more convenient and faster to whip up
Thank you so much for this🙏🙏 I have a question!!! How long can the room temperature last for on a counter before melting? and can it be put in the refrigerator?
@ Thank you! Definitely gonna try this, I buy a lot of heavy whipping cream but if something happens I may not get the chance to use it all bc it expires so fast.
I’m glad this video popped up for me today😊 And I must say I’m really surprised that ordinary water can be used for whipped cream..what I know is the very chilled water.. Also..can I use the room temperature recipe and still refrigerate or freeze?
Glad it was helpful!❤️❤️❤️ yes you can chill after whipping … the room temperature water is just meant to make it a faster and easier process especially when you don’t have access to cold water or for emergency order(s)
Absolutely….. that’s what I use for my cake trifles… it can last several days with constant electricity or can be kept frozen and then brought out to thaw a few minutes before next use
i will really love to share the brand name but this will be me endorsing the brand but in the alternative if you join my whipped cream class in my membership platform, the brands i used are there ruclips.net/channel/UC_RVwU59hvR2GVyTVxzxpYAjoin

Yes for better handling ❤️❤️
Wow, thanks a lot.... Pls where can someone get whipped cream powder?
It’s sold at cake tools / ingredients shops and stores here in Nigeria… you can however check online stores if that would help e.g Amazon
Thanks for sharing. But does the cake have to be cold too
Hi Edith, The cake should be cold for best results.❤️❤️
Love you ❤❤❤dear
Love you too ❤️
Thank you very much ma for teaching. It is very detailed. The room temperature whipped cream can it be placed in the freezer after using it to decorate a cake

Thank you so much Ma for sharing this recipe, you’ve really blessed me.
Please I’ll like to ask, concerning the 2nd recipe with the room temperature water, can the cake be put into the freezer after decorating?
You’re welcome…. Yes the best way to keep the cake fresh and in shape
Is still with the chilling , using room
Temperature water to prepare the cream just makes it more convenient and faster to whip up
What about the flavor also I love the way you teach
Thank you sooo much 🥰 the whipped cream does not need flavor but if you really want to add, you can go ahead to add 1 teaspoon per batch made
Thank you ma am grateful
Please can it stay on a cake for a day without melting
You are welcome, I recommend refrigerating the cake with the whipped cream to prevent it from melting.
Thank you so much for this🙏🙏 I have a question!!! How long can the room temperature last for on a counter before melting? and can it be put in the refrigerator?
Youre welcome…. It can last at least 4 hours in a chilled environment and can also be popped in the refrigerator to increase stability shelf life
Thank you so much ma’am
Hello I really appreciate this recipe. But when will you give us American buttercream recipe. Thank you
Very soon✅
Does the whipped cream powder taste like regular whipped cream? Does it need to be sweetened or have flavor like vanilla added? Thanks so much!
Yes it does and NO IT does not need sweeteners or artificial flavors
@ Thank you! Definitely gonna try this, I buy a lot of heavy whipping cream but if something happens I may not get the chance to use it all bc it expires so fast.
@ ✅✅✅✅
Thank you man🙏🙏 God bless you.
Ma, how many cup of water is to 300g of whipped cream with the room temperature water?🙏
1 cup filled slightly above the half mark and below the 1 cup mark
Did you have detailed online class for cake and pastries making
Soon I will have that ❤️
Thank you ma ❤
Welcome 😊
I’m glad this video popped up for me today😊
And I must say I’m really surprised that ordinary water can be used for whipped cream..what I know is the very chilled water..

Absolutely….. that’s what I use for my cake trifles… it can last several days with constant electricity or can be kept frozen and then brought out to thaw a few minutes before next use
Pls can u use it to decorate fondant cake?
Sadly not ….. stick to buttercream variants or chocolate ganache when working on fondant cakes
is it possible to add a stabilizer to either the cold or room temperature whip cream?
No need to add anything not taught in the video
Please what brand did you use?
i will really love to share the brand name but this will be me endorsing the brand but in the alternative if you join my whipped cream class in my membership platform, the brands i used are there

Where do you purchase the whipped cream powder?
I ask the same question
It’s sold at cake supplies stores around me here in Lagos . Send a message on instagram to get a contact to reach
What is the name I will see if it sold in the USA, I am following you on Instagram also.
Please which product is the best to use?
So sorry I can’t mention brands publicly except on endorsement basis…, but you can reach out on instagram so I tell you
@fimiesdessertsville please what is your insatgram name?
Thanks for sharing ❤ Is it necessary to chill the cake for the 2 recipes or we can use room temperature cakes with it too? Thank you
It’s important to chill all cream cakes prior to decoration to help it hold together better
Can u use your hand to cream the whipped cream
Yes you can but it won’t have same volume as when you use a stand mixer with a wire whisk
Cream is nice were can I get
I buy around stores here in Nigeria❤️❤️❤️
